The Gundam setups are going to be where the couches are situated, not where the arcade cabs and what not are located.

Gundam is actually a good game, the people in this scene are very open minded. So if done right, you can make more people interested.

Everytime we played people came to ask about the game, so that says a lot.

But Jon is right about the setups but we'll see. I'm certain we can figure something out, like maybe setting up and playing a little bit earlier then we usually do so that if people need/want tv's give can give up some.

I'm not hating, I'm just actually legitimately concerned that there won't be room for other tourneys, like BB, GG and P4A lol. 4 people for 4 stations is a lot, and if that happens you guys better buy a ton of shit to make it worthwhile (from the viewpoint of someone who works there )

It's not that bad, anyway we've been juggling doing tourneys since a little while and it's just hard for people to get into it when the turnout is below 8 as of lately. If anything I'll get people into doing a round robin or some shit if the tourney can't be applied. We need to test gundam I believe anyway as this was also something we wanted to do before UMAD.

So long as there's at least 1 console for other games, we'll be fine.

I don't think the gundam necessarily need to be up very long. I mean, we tried a bunch of configurations so far(ex: 4 gundams wired : no lag, 3 gundams wired + stream : no lag), and really just want to make sure that 4 gundam wired + stream doesn't lag, and what kind of quality we can get use on the stream. Bibi has offered his phone's internet as a backup, seeing as it should be good but isn't guaranteed, but we really want to make sure. It doesn't have to last the whole evening, anyways, all the people who would show up for gundam play other games as well. That said, sundays are also pretty empty in general, no? So even if we dedicate 4 evo monitor setups to them, there's still 2 left for tournaments (assuming no one else is using them, which is usually the case on sundays I think, except for the times MK and SC stayed later), and the arcade cabs are there for casuals, until we put away the gundams.

Hmm it could have been worse. Went 1-2, lost to VR-Raiden on stream then played absolutely horribly my next match in losers. Not a super satisfying level of play all around, but the important part was that unlike previous tournaments, I didn't get nervous as much as usual which felt awesome. Then got bodied hard in GG ;_;

Might as well post this before I forget. I've lost track of who may or may have not paid for Toryuken 2. I'm assuming everyone did, I just want to double check.
