Hey guys, I'm not sure if my health will let me go to Final Round. It's draining my moneys.

Nuuu!! Where will I get my Aegis match-up experience the night before tournament from now? We need some really expensive doctors to come down and pump you full of drugs and tell you that you're feeling better. Oh wait, or is expensive doctors pumping lots of drugs in you and telling you you're okay the reason you can't go? Fuck this gay earth!

@Milln - Normally, i'd be excited about the thought of surviving an attack from the undead, but thinking about all the different types of zombies now, each becoming more and more plausible, i'm not so sure which ones i'd feel like dealing with.

Edit: On second thought, screw the doctors, we can just get Tad to come down here and do that for you. It'd be ten times cheaper and the treatment will having you floating on clouds.

GGs Klein! Aside from a few slowdowns here and there, the game actually felt uncharacteristically responsive. Perhaps it's to do with how close we are?

I haven't had as many opportunities to play as I'd like, so sets like that are good to keep the rust off my Robot. A lot of what I do is still somewhat herpderp, but I feel it getting better.

Stay slow, Jackie. Speaking of slow, are you free to try out some P4U/BB netplay tonight? I'd like to get some matches in with everyone before FR as practicing. And speaking of which, I'm trying to find a date in which my parents can bring me down for some casuals before FR. Which event usually has the biggest BB/P4U turnouts?

Also, GGs to Klein for the matches in GG. I really suck at this game, and I haven't played it in almost a month. I'm glad I managed to win at least ONE match with I-No tonight.

I still can't stop mindlessly dashing around, and I can't do any of her combos. ;_; Honestly though, I never practice them, so I can't really complain.

I swear, my perceptions are normally better than my ability to block high-low mix-ups. :P And once I get out of class (which I'm in right now, haha) I'm probably just gonna crash. If you are doing Final Round, then register online. 40 badge, 10 per game. BB and GG are side games, but if you are playing in an official game, then pre-reg. You won't be seeded and then you help fuck up the brackets. If you are just going for the party, spectator badges are cheap enough. 250 should be a good estimate if you are playing a game or two. I can make it on that, and I drink alot of beer and generally wast a bit of money.

Bad news, I might not be able to participate in Gear since it's on Friday and I have to work I don't get off until 6pm that day; I'm going to try to see if we can swap my hours around and make something work (either working four 10 hour days to be off on Friday or at least seeing if I can work a half day to be there on time before GG starts), but if not I'll have to settle for a bunch of casual matches. I can't ask for the day off or use PTO yet since I'm still new.

I will DEFINITELY be in BB on Saturday though.

Eddie is so fucking ambiguous I feel like I'm in a martial arts movie montage for the blind-folded training part whenever I block his mix-ups. It might just be my inexperience, but right now it seems like blocking it is pure yomi.

Anyway, clawed my way to 700 PSR and S+ rank today by running the Narukami/Liz mirror gauntlet. Ranking is so hard once your PSR averages out. . . Fuck ranked forever now, I'm satisfied.

I talked to Eshi yesterday regarding people crashing at our place again this year and he said that's cool. If someone from TN wants to go to FR but can't afford the hotel fee or just needs a place to crash, post up and we can accommodate. We'll also likely have dumb amounts of BB/GG/P4A casuals as well.

just fyi, final round this year is down near the airport ( I think south of I-20), so it's a lot further from my house than last year and therefore grouchy's. probably a 40-45 minute drive.
