If you Fatal Counter it and OMB/OMC to use it four times in a row, the opponent will be able to tech immediately after the next hit of something (Cross Slash excluded). Though that may just be something involving SMP.

I think it also has to do with the move's p2 proration. If you filled the combo with moves that had better p2 proration you are able to put more than 4 since they would be canceled/linked from a move with less proration value at that moment in the combo.

I agree, his mix ups are insanely good. But characters with good range on normals, especially their jumps, can just shut him down and persona break him very easily.
