Rithli Posted August 14, 2008 Posted August 14, 2008 Akatsuki Casuals: http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=02A223DBEC82AF8E Players + Characters: ZarTheBiscuit (Wei, Marilyn, Sai, E-Soldat) Zaelar (Mycale) Master Chibi (Anonym) Rithli (Kanae, Adler, Akatsuki) 21 matches picked from a weekend of 200+ reps.
JinSaotome Posted August 17, 2008 Posted August 17, 2008 Quick question, about how far apart are the tiers in this game? I wanted ot paly Sai, who I recall is C tierish, and that Akatsuki? and Mycale? (I think those were the names) totally dominated this game. D:
Necrosis Posted August 18, 2008 Posted August 18, 2008 Akatsuki and Mycale were S tier yes, but they hardly dominated from my experience. I played Sai, who apparently went up to A tier even though I still thought he wasn't very good. Generally I didn't play the game enough to be a reliable source of information, but hey, day 1 with generally good players figuring almost everything necessary out FAST, I was raping with Sai for a pretty good while.
shin Posted March 15, 2009 Posted March 15, 2009 HI Necrosis, long time no see, remember me? Looks like you find a nice game here, it looks tight good find man! I hope i can play it soon.
A.B.A-can-do Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 So anyone still playing seriously in the States?
AyaImmortal Posted April 1, 2009 Posted April 1, 2009 So anyone still playing seriously in the States? If people started playing this again, I would gladly play it. HI Necrosis, long time no see, remember me? Looks like you find a nice game here, it looks tight good find man! I hope i can play it soon. This is actually a very good game. And nice to see your still around Akatsuki and Mycale were S tier yes, but they hardly dominated from my experience. I played Sai, who apparently went up to A tier even though I still thought he wasn't very good. Generally I didn't play the game enough to be a reliable source of information, but hey, day 1 with generally good players figuring almost everything necessary out FAST, I was raping with Sai for a pretty good while. Ill rape you if you want... if you want to throw down =D
bellreisa Posted April 4, 2009 Posted April 4, 2009 Game's pretty much dead in the States, we're waiting on an arcade port. Subtle hinted that there would be a PC release at some point recently, and I heard the board is down to $280 (it was $1400 when I checked CoinOpExpress, so this may just be a rumor). There were three main people hype for this game: myself, Zar, and Rithli. I have no competition to play offline or online (the netplay is subpar to begin with as well), Zar gave up, and Rithli pretty much threw in the towel when everyone else gave up on it as well. The fact that BB and SF4 came months after arcade got released didn't help, as well as XII's imminent release. The game got overlooked amidst the mainstream lineup and will probably remain there as people who want to get Akatsuki-style gameplay are going to play 3S or SF4. EDIT: According to http://www.fujitacommunications.com/products.shtml, Blitz is now under $300 for an arcade board; what a deal!
Jocelot Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 Random question, but its been bugging me for a while. They aren't really Nazis, are they? Game looks cool and all but I'd feel kinda bad playing a nazi fighter...
Nekich Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 They aren't really Nazis, are they? Yes, yes they are. And yes, they eat babies.
ShardZ Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 blitztank is a jew actually, he's getting revenge one nazi at a time
Mizuki Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 I'd feel kinda bad playing a nazi fighter... They're really Nazis, and if you don't play the game they'll come out of the screen and start killing everyone they killed before.
RNRR Posted April 28, 2009 Posted April 28, 2009 Random question, but its been bugging me for a while. They aren't really Nazis, are they? Game looks cool and all but I'd feel kinda bad playing a nazi fighter... Play more Jewpuncher. You'll get over it.

ludwig van Posted March 29, 2010 Posted March 29, 2010 This game is awesome. Is there anywhere where I can get a legit copy? I can't seem to find anything on Play-Asia... Also, besides 2A>2A>2A>2A>2B>8C>Ex move/super, what are some other Murakumo bnbs?
freelander Posted March 29, 2010 Posted March 29, 2010 if one of his mines hits, he can air juggle the opponent. for reference: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CNJZHs76Tqg
wenzel Posted November 12, 2013 Posted November 12, 2013 (edited) the sequel of Akatsuki Blitzkampf is only available in Japan? Edited November 12, 2013 by wenzel
Nephinel Posted November 13, 2013 Posted November 13, 2013 I've heard that En-Eins Perfektewelt wasn't as well received as the original Akatsuki Blitzkampf or even Ausf Achse due to changes in gameplay, artsyle, presentation, etc. The most common complaint was that it basically took what was unique and stylish about Akatsuki Blitzkampf, trashed it, and remade it into "another one of those crappy doujin fightans".
