If that's Asuka I'll weep, I can't place a character in my head because all the acting in this game is so odd...like altered from previous games on both sides, but we'll see...

Honestly though I can't think of a single Tekken character that would respond in such a childish manner...

Apparently Cole McGrath from inFAMOUS is going to be be on the PS3 version of the game. Here's a link to the article about it.

the trailer also confirms my girl :kitty:

Just in case anyone missed it, at the beginning of the trailer:

Lili

Along with Asuka at the end. (More obvious because she talks)

Mmmm, Lili. I may yet have a reason to now learn a SFIV type game. Hopefully the SFIV artstyle (If you could call it that) won't hurt her and Asuka's looks too bad.

BOTH my main and sub are in this game (hell Tekken period) and I'm STILL not into this game, it hasn't even made me damp yet...

But ya know what made me absolutely wet!? Tekken Hybrid. Zero reason to care about a tag fighter featuring Tekken that isn't Tag HD/2 until TxSF comes out.

they better not add lee, i dont want to see him get raped by capcom

the tekken cg movie looks pretty godlike

I am buying the PS3 and Vita version of this game and playing Cole.

Also Yoshimitsu and Xiayou, but yeah..

That wasn't very nice lol, but I agree I'm more into Tekken Hybrid and TxSF than this game. Also I watched the vengeance trailer and I have to say that Alisa with her robot features showing creeps me out in a good way.

I'm liking this game more and more from a gameplay perspective. From the new trailers and the articles on SRK, SFxT looks super legit. At this point I'm hyped for it even if my favourite characters (Feng Wei and Q) don't make it in.

Supposedly if you hit HP/HK twice it auto launches and auto tags in. I wonder if that costs meter? Sounds a little too good.

"Tagging is performed with Medium Punch + Medium Kick. While doing so, it is possible to have two of your characters get hit at the same time. You can use MP+MK like a focus cancel to cause a tag cancel. Doing so lets your new character move freely while the exiting character finishes his move. For instance, forcing someone to block Ken’s Heavy Hurricane Kick, and then tag canceling it right away, lets you perform mix-ups behind the cover of the Hurricane Kick. This can be pretty scary. I tried the technique later with a blocked Hurricane Kick from Hwoarang. The kicker (ha ha) is that the final hit of Hwoarang’s special is an overhead. Performing a low attack while this goes off results in a Marvel-style unblockable."

I was kind of wishing the game had assists, but that sort of tag cancel is actually much cooler.

i always found idiotic to say less that you can build meter by whiffing pokes tbh

So I heard Cole from Infamous is joining, honestly I am kinda dissapointed in this random character addition especially from a franchise not connected by namco, or capcom, or even had a sense of connecting to a fighting game in the first place. Frankly in my opinion is rather stupid. Oh well, props to capcom for surprising me in a pretty random way.

it's a mechanic from SFEX3, made for some pretty cool mix-up and combo situations.

I didn't know that was in SFEX3. :o That's cool. Didn't that game like..not have corners? Off topic, But i liked a few characters I saw in that, like Nanase and Skullomania..

i have to say that this game sounds and looks way more fun that snore fighter 4 boredom edition so far, yet i still think that the game looks really lackluster on the graphics departament

Hoping we get more of this. IMO, this is one thing I feel was lacking in MvC3 (compared to 2).

i really dont understand why people say this..i mean, i didnt like sf4's character models that much, but i keep hearing people say shit like "looks like a psp game" and i just..don't see it :1

But yeah, i agree that it looks more fun. It still seems to have some nice footsies like SF4. No comeback mechanics, cool combos, better mixup/pressure, and tekken characters really sells this for me unlike SF4. I hope shortcuts are gone too.

i wouldnt say that they look like psp graphics, but certainly they are subpar compared to other games from this generation, the same goes for mvc3 imo

It did have corners but when certain moves were used it would cause the screen to scroll Tekken style, it was a bit odd but the series did still have a corner game. And I would be so frikkin happy if a EX character somehow showed up.
