Manta Posted June 27, 2011 Posted June 27, 2011 (edited) Does more damage than back throw if they're magnetised/near a wall/you have spark bolt. 1900 Up front damage that you can combo from can actually lead to some decent damage compared to back throw.... if you're actually in a position to follow it up. Though, the only time you (In theory) should be using normal throws is when you're using 5A, 5B and 2A. Since they're throw cancellable but not command throw cancellable. 360B still does way more damage for the same speed and unmagnetised reach so use that when you aren't ticing with the above moves. You just need to be aware of the battlefield whilst you're hitting them with the tic setup. Edited June 27, 2011 by Manta

It's not like it'd really hurts to use it...useless I am dealing with "Inferno Divider the DeadspikeEdge". That and I have gotten into the habit of just using magnetism for trolling, like ACing when I know it's not going to land just to toss them around. So can cancel into his normal throws now? It does seem kinda "useless" unless you had the spark bolt meter so I never bothered to try it. Edited June 27, 2011 by Osmond

Posted June 27, 2011 Author Posted June 27, 2011 Actually Acing to toss them around is legit if you know what you are doing, I used it to pull people who was trying to run away from me into the corner and went for my usual mix up, assuming they did a air normal that has huge recovery. I mean all these changes have its good, all I look at now are the good. Playing CS2 Tager is pretty easy, just pretend that when he magnetizes someone that he doesn't have any use for D's outside of 2D and you are good. note: 4D and 5D are situational, J.D is so so sad now.

EmptySkyForm Posted August 4, 2011 Posted August 4, 2011 I have always wanted to learn Tager but I never really had any pointers are starting blocks. Now I can work to making Tager my main, or at least sub before main. Definitely helpful and informative.
