Yggjrasil Posted September 6, 2011 Posted September 6, 2011 An interesting corner carry combo with Plat off of Mami Circular RC, time it just right you can IAD j.C > 22C (don't care if it's old or not, It was new to me and will be much nicer to do than just doing dash up 2B > 5C into Air Combo) and I also learned what to do against Tao and Litchi. I really don't like those match-ups but I have a better understanding of them now.

Cirno Posted September 6, 2011 Author Posted September 6, 2011 An interesting corner carry combo with Plat off of Mami Circular RC, time it just right you can IAD j.C > 22C (don't care if it's old or not, It was new to me and will be much nicer to do than just doing dash up 2B > 5C into Air Combo) it is indeed old (and now i feel bad for not going into more detail about things like this??) but uh you can also just mami > rc > 66 > 5c > 2c > 214a > (walk forward) 6c > 22c > (66 6a > 22c) > (66) 5c > 6a > 236b. it's obviously more difficult midscreen because of dash buffer links, but it's possible and nets you better damage, corner carry, heat, and oki.

Reason why I said it was new to me is because I never see anyone do that off of Mami Circular RC like ever! But nonetheless he certainly did know how to go against Litchi with Plat. Sat there and watched him go toe-to-toe with sG. Match-up is still stupid but at least I know a few things that make it a little bearable.Rising j.B against Litchi is pretty damn good if you know when to use it. Xie had some really good reads with 2C against Litchi's corner mix-up and was able to get out whenever he saw an opening. He went for Bubble oki a lot against sG to bait out any random Tsubame Gaeshis that can lead up to 4k and corner if they land it. Edited September 6, 2011 by Yggjrasil

I think it'd be kind of pointless to spend all that time finding videos that no one will care about only a few weeks later, but I want everyone else's opinions on it.
