I think it'd be kind of pointless to spend all that time finding videos that no one will care about only a few weeks later, but I want everyone else's opinions on it. What happened to that? :/ No clue about back then, but I think they just recently started discussing it again. But IIRC because of the limited server space they couldn't handle that much data. But then again, if they were having people pay for it they could upgrade the servers...

But in CS:E I'll keep up with it. I had planned on doing a lot from the start but then I started working for Reverge Labs and got busy. :P

Tari Posted September 7, 2011 Posted September 7, 2011 Super random, but I discovered last night that it is possible to burst out of Platinum's throw (due to the bell being considered a projectile and not part of Plat's throw). In fact, you can burst so early that Plat will invuln through the burst due to still being in the middle of the throw animation. Not sure if that was already known or not, but I found it rather entertaining, if not a bit stupid as well.

Plat's can be explained because it's a projectile, but Makoto is fully invincible because she, herself, is in a throw state, but the opponent is not. So they can Burst, but Makoto is still in the middle of throw invincibility, it's hilarious. XD

If I do a cross-under 2A on my opponent on wakeup, will it reverse the other player's inputs (as in, would their DP register as a reverse DP motion?)

XD Those Astral Troll reversals reminded me of something. One time I was magnetized against a CPU Tager, so he used his Astral to suck my Plat into Pure Soviet Destruction. Those few frames were the most panic-filled moments I ever had... ...and then a 236236C rose from the bottom of my soul. I happen to really like Plat's green color scheme for some reason, and that song seemed like an awesome troll-ish song to use, so that's what I used. xD Mind you, the fact that I have a huge list of Miku songs probably influenced my song selection in the first place, but still! And yeah, Plat's astral is such a hilarious counter. Oddly enough, it's a very bad idea to use it on Rachel's astral. Not only can you not hit her, it's also pretty hard to time your invuln properly to get through the evil red glow of death. CDT just clashes with it (wtf?) and then wins.
