DaiAndOh Posted February 14, 2013 Posted February 14, 2013 I thought you said you won't be there Friday? Hah thanks to the power of post editing, I now make you look stupid :P. But yeah, not Friday.
TrueGunnerShadow Posted February 14, 2013 Posted February 14, 2013 (edited) Hah thanks to the power of post editing, I now make you look stupid :P. But yeah, not Friday. How stupid can I get? I'm slow, bad use of English and grammar, the boring guy and The Gentlemen who plays with himself. <- Yes, It's exactly what it means. How you can you make me more stupid than I already am? EDIT: Wow, I'm a real loser and that was way out of line. Say goodnight to the loser. You might never see a real loser like this ever again ;_; Edited February 14, 2013 by TrueGunnerShadow

ozzy830 Posted February 27, 2013 Posted February 27, 2013 Hi I wanted to know what day of the week do people come here most. Looking to play some offline matches on P4U. I'm not a big fan of netplay, so I was hoping to play and make friends with players locally and have fun
Elochai Posted February 27, 2013 Posted February 27, 2013 In my experience, most people come to play anime on the weekend. Additionally, we have monthly tournaments on Saturdays. The next one is on 3/30. You should come and check it out.
ozzy830 Posted February 27, 2013 Posted February 27, 2013 Ok awesome. I'll try to come on Saturday. I'lll be looking forward to it
DaiAndOh Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 Sometimes things go down on Friday night too.
ozzy830 Posted March 3, 2013 Posted March 3, 2013 I'm guessing people only come to play anime on tourney days? I came yesterday and I was the only one on P4U. Everyone was on Streetfighter and Marvel. I wasn't alone tho, there was a KoF player by himself as well. I did leave early since was I was bored playing training for 4 hours(3pm-7pm) . Is there a specific time people come to play? I was told by a regular that people come to play persona on Wednesday? I'm confused on when I should come over Ill come on the tourney day (3/30)? I guess if that when i can have some matches. If anybody is planning on going anytime soon, (hopefully a group of us) please invite me. Im desperate for some offline matches lol.

skd Posted March 3, 2013 Posted March 3, 2013 Ok, are you talking about Wednesday or 3/30? lol cant wait to see that one marvel setup!!! wednesday is battle circuit, which is primarily sf/marvel. 3/30 is the next anime tournament

skd Posted March 19, 2013 Posted March 19, 2013 this thread on the SECOND PAGE :> HI NEW YORK WE DONT TALK A LOT, SO LETS TALK. TSB AT THE END OF THE MONTH also how do you feel about BBCP Friday Night Biweeklies when that comes around
NeoGio0o Posted March 19, 2013 Posted March 19, 2013 (edited) People barley have enough money to come on the last weekend of the month (Poverty is real). Also it wouldn't work out too well because we would just be adding one more meet up in the month and meet up the day before TSB. So the meetings would then be on the weekend of the 14th and then the Friday of TSB (the week of the 28th). Only rarely would we get to meet 3 times if the month has 5 Fridays and people wouldn't really have much incentive to show up the day before TSB for obvious reasons. I think its a good idea, but just like in the past, money will continue to be the biggest obstacle. Edited March 19, 2013 by NeoGio0o

CrisisEdge Posted March 19, 2013 Posted March 19, 2013 I'm super down for more frequent offline play but again the money problem arises. Two bi weeklies plus TSB is $30~$35 a month plus food and transportation. I would probably make it to one a month plus TSB.
skd Posted March 19, 2013 Posted March 19, 2013 alternatively, it could just be a single week? but i dunno. I feel like thats not enough actual play. on the other hand we could actually just use this thread to meet up and play fucking games in any case, everyone doesnt have to make it to every single one. just having consistent play is important.
Elochai Posted March 19, 2013 Posted March 19, 2013 If going to Next Level is an issue (which is understandable), why doesn't someone just run the biweekly from their house? Granted that they have space of course, and are willing to have (some) total strangers over.
skd Posted March 19, 2013 Posted March 19, 2013 my place is pretty nice but no way in hell my parents would be okay with that haha there was no point to this post
Elochai Posted March 19, 2013 Posted March 19, 2013 Yeah, you specifically don't have to host or whatever, I'm sure someone else will want to V:
mynus Posted March 19, 2013 Posted March 19, 2013 Remember how good Gamepad bi-weeklies were?...yeah I miss those. More play is important so get a part time job, remember those too?...
skd Posted March 19, 2013 Posted March 19, 2013 let's play some gamesssss guys. rip gamepad. tsb can't come soon enough. it's funny were talking about dodging venue in the next level thread (I'm so sorry Henry) Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk 2
