Borderlands with 4 player co-op spawned some of the most epic shenanigans I have seen. In the Knoxx DLC, nothing was more fun than tricking sydog into finding out who Meat Popsicle was or seeing who would get the "There's a Sucker Born Every Minute" achievement.
