When TKed, that's 15 frame start-up (I think Ryougi's jump start up is four). Has 1-15 full invul. Hitbox is shown. I told you it was a better reversal. inb4 I'm reading the frame data wrong. Having to TK to get out of shit in MB...Good Luck with a window so small aka get Frame trapped then punch in dick. You also get more off Knife throw than that but you have two reversal to choice from so one going to be better when in diff spots.
