D: I thought the kick part was about frame 6 or 7 or something, while the knee was 3? :x Reading the frame data, hit one comes out after 3 frames of startup and lasts for 2 frames, and the second hit comes out immediately as those active frames are done for 6 frames. So yeah I GUESS but it's still a fucking godlike anti air. Don't jump against Sol, everyone.

Ohio is already in the works, Indianapolis and Minnesota didn't have much worthy candidates. We got the federal enlistment system [FES] to get his school goals en-route in that area, we placed him dead in the middle of many worthy picks. To test out our longer range systems, we are preparing a spot in Missouri for another emissary. Just to see what happens.
