mAc Chaos Posted February 5, 2013 Posted February 5, 2013 To elaborate, I noticed the times I start off silly with you, and try to switch to serious, it doesn't work that well since the first few games set you up with confidence and makes it harder to scare you into mind games. After that I'm spending the rest of the time trying to fight my way through your momentum. That and you went full Hazama and were showing zero respect the entire time (probably related to the first item), so I kept going in to do mixup and then being like "WAIT WH--?!" and getting hit. I started doing better towards the end by showing less respect myself. I thought it was weird how I would get you with just naked grabs, but not 2A > throw since that is usually what screws people's reflexes up. I'll take either one though.

For Tsubaki, for instance, you were doing her 3C and shield charge all over the place, normally you don't do that. Also I thought I could punish her 3C but it was practically safe. :P And you're getting better at getting charges in without letting me stop you. The 22C oki didn't work out as well this time though. I think her 3C is the biggest problem for me right now. Gotta figure out how to deal with it. What do you mean it was getting on your nerves. Don't I always do 6B or TRM. (Although usually I'm hoping it does make the person impatient since they will start making more mistakes then.) Somehow you would not get hit by Hotaru though even though you were ready to hit buttons :P If only you ate more Hotarus.

I also threw in some IBs after a while to help the 2a's work.

It works 2. 5D eats me 3. HOTARU! you mostly threw in 2 and 3. If i IB block hotaru, are you still +? Same with 6B. Also hazama's normals feel much better than Tsubaki's so i feel more comfortable not showing respect every once in awhile. You didn't hotaru jump cancel iirc so i guess i have to remember that next time =P I think I'll get on after I'm doing recording these Mitsuru matches. If this was CS2 you would be agonizing due to 5b being completely ridiculous. It made this match up more even for me than it should have. Now, apparently it's like 4.5-5.5 in tagers favor. abadlime Posted February 5, 2013 Posted February 5, 2013 Idk, but seems the tsubaki players (konan and kurisu) say so. I don't think i have seen many fights between them. Though her normals don't look any better/are worse, and i'm losing her unblockable. We get her command grab but i'd rather have the unblockable. Two more matches regardless of how they go. Time flies when you don't pay attention.
