And if it makes you feel better, the last match went like this GGs. Back to persona. I'd ask you to play me in persona sometime but you play on PSN right?

If you're anything like me, you mash the tech for throw a second after the throw happens and shout "I TECHED THAT!"

You be bad and do it like me. just hit grab the minute you think the obvious grab is coming and bam you're good. Though i've been trying to stop doing that and have been getting them off reaction...but netplay.

I make a 6 man room 4 players 2 spectators, if you wanna join a room to just watch matches, I ALWAYS have slots for that. >_> So now people can stop joining and passing, or joining, playing a few games, then disappearing making me have to kick or remake the room. (Don't know if these people have a DL account, but jic they do and don't post, or if anyone i regularly play just wants to watch now you know)

I feel as the matches went on, so did your power level. You started playing footsies and kept a safe distance from 214D which i ended up using 236x just to close in. I need a safer approach to her. I had that problem against nemesis as well. damn it mu and her gorillian damage ><

I started getting sad and salty wishing i was playing izayoi cuz she at least has better mixups lol. I couldnt hit you at first with 6b and then the 1st set of mu-12 gimmicks werent working. So i had to remember additional mu-12 advice i had learned for other mu-12 then start trying to use it. Then i made up new things on the fly. Why dont you play that character more?

You caught a good amount of times though. Most of the time i see the j.2c in blockstrings, i react wrong and attempt to hit you with 5b thinking i have time and nope >< Play...mu? I've done her challenges but i'm not so good with murokumo movements.

Even though i still consider Haz and Jin mains (I can't call them subs because i have 5 others that arent close at all to what i dedicated myself with), they're below her in terms of how much i will play them. mhm, the only thing i know thats not the norm with most tsubaki's is my crossup j.214x shenanigans. Other than that, i can't think of any other "retarded things". And thank you for watching Sayuri, Nemesis, and Neji.

Most just expect the highs and lows and even unblockables but never seen a tsubaki cross up before (with the exception of the j.d > j.c). Once they expect it (like you did after awhile), it becomes risky due to being negative on block. I even stopped doing that unless i had RC in store. Despite knowing random things, you knew how to handle tsubaki's weakness of footsies. Even 214D stopped reaching you. I also can't wait to play Tsubaki in CP. I'm also hype for Izayoi and it seems you are too.

abadlime Posted February 4, 2013 Posted February 4, 2013 Oh. You mean 22c since 22d doesn't break primers. Yeah, i abuse her dp follow ups too much. I usually follow that up with 6a instead but i noticed we kept throwing each other back with bursts and CAs that i couldn't resist. Izayoi looks bad now, but i feel they just aren't experimenting much atm. I don't think i have seen a player actually use Trans-Am in an actual match. Though she certainly looks fun to try out.

And you make it sound like DPing on wakeup is what you always do. That's what i got out of it as well but it's also how i feel when a counter hits me every time. Especially the ones where you hit 5D and i say "sweet time to punish" and i hit 5c on instinct and still get caught. And i always DP on wakeup (not on certain match ups though). Been watching too much Kurisu lately and picked up bad habits.
