In Extend the healing is so small that is barely noticeable, on top of that Noel has more health than Ragna anyway 2. Noel's SMP combo is meterless and fairly practical 3. Lets count move with invincibility framed moves shall we? Ragna: 1 Noel: Just about everything involving D conclusion = Noel is as stupid as Ragna

Characters like Hazama, now that's advanced dumbness. 3. Lets count move with invincibility framed moves shall we? Ragna: 1 Noel: Just about everything involving D But all those D's still lose to respective moves, ID is a true DP, Noel's Ds are just reversals. You also can throw Noel out of every Drive, even 2D (airthrow, but still).

Actually, let's place Rachel players into that as well. I don't really see any - thing dumb about her, and I find her to be the most exhilarating matchup within general. She's stupid too. You can just delay your tech for all three. Even if the bubble catches you, the combo will probably be so prorated by that point that not only will it do deliriously little damage, you'll be able to tech instantly (Especially considering bubble's SMP.), thus probably leaving you within an advantageous position. And GG's to Gaiden Infinity. Would say best Noel I've played other than Hex, but, seeing as, after CS2, Noels became uncommon to the point that you two are the only Noels I've played during EX, that wouldn't be that hard to do.

I can only think of 6A and her corner pressure as stupid shit. 236AxN is quite funny too against jump rage mash.
