Mr OSD Posted October 21, 2012 Posted October 21, 2012 And here I am struggling with BB. I guess getting into both BB and GG at the same time is not a smart idea. Can't say I like GG's roster and I simply can't play characters that don't look badass/attractive/cute. But I hope GG will not go down the MvC2 & 3S:OE route (after 2 weeks nobody plays it). But maybe the GG community is more dedicated to the game. Maybe I'll pick it up later once I get used to this kind of fighter.

There are a few exceptions, but BlazBlue's diversity is much more pronounced compared to Guilty Gear. But it is a GREAT game if you haven't tried it. I love it to death. There's Super Versus Battle that's coming up on the 1-2nd of December which would probably have a side tournament for Guilty Gear. I'm not sure if anyone that was great back in the day still plays it, so that's a shame. Best bet is to turn up to SvB. Hopefully with the Console release more people will start playing it ^^

I could* make thus but I'll ideally be in Glasgow on the 9th for a show and I can't miss this guaranteed show for the chance of a side tourney... What are the chances of people caring enough about international GG competition that they can help arrange a timeslot for the UK's GG scene to play this Bridget >:3 ?

I'm not sure about GG players in Glasgow but there's very few in London like Robocop Two and Ryza who I'm sure would be more than happy to play with you. I'm also not sure about any tournaments that may be going on for GG.
