edit: SoD also needs to be barrier guarded in the air and that also leads to a 5-6k damage combo

I know this, I know I make mistakes like that but that's not my point.

The point is that if my opponent makes that same mistake and for example doesn't barrier guard my 5C/5B/214D/whatever I can't get that damage even WITH charge AND meter AND my Neutral isn't as awesome as Mu's and my DP sucks and my pressure is horrible and gimmicky and...yeah, it's that.

TLDR: It's not about the mistakes I make as a player it's about the skewed reward my character gets in comparison to literally every single other character in this game.

This is why I will wait for CP so it's balanced more IN THAT REGARD, that is all.

I don't care about playing a low tier character so long as the reward for me punishing others mistakes is near the same as the rest.

To be honest , almost no character in the game has the same neutral like Mu (Ragna is slightly better, except he lacks zoning tools. Litchi's neutral is on par with Mu. Then we have the lambda and the high mobility characters that are also better than her in that aspect)

Damage wise, the only character beating Mu is Arakune

reward is important but I don't think it's all that important really. I mean, yeah it'd be nice if you could punish Mu hard for using her way too good DP. But even then everything else is still a lot worse. Plus you have to think when you play the game which isn't fair

I agree, it's nearly 4AM and they expect me to think before I push buttons? UNACCEPTABLE.

EDIT: I wanted to main Labrys at first but apparently her pressure game isn't that great/gimmicky/too text-book/2AAA (where have I seen this before...?) and her axe levels seem like a pain in the ass to keep at a level where you can actually do stuff.

Yukiko is a different archetype anyways so I might get more enjoyment out of learning her than everyone else really.

Didn't realise you we're gonna play kiko, her SB agi's loops took me about 20 hours before I could do them consistently but you'll be fine man. I've been practicing yosuke as well. I'll play those two when the game is out here then pick and 3rd and 4th

Meh. I have no problems with Mu, When you lose it's because you made a mistake. Sure, her CH game is pretty ridiculous, but that's just how it goes. Her mixup and pressure are meh. I actually think it's somewhat fair, even now. Respect Mu and you'll come off better for it.

I have almost no matchup experience against Mu, because nobody that i seem to play against uses her >_>

Also using the matchup experience against Daedron's aggressive Tsubaki's playing style made me able to easily beat a decently high PSR ranked tsubaki player from the US (who played more passively) last night (at 5AM lol)

Oddly enough it was pretty lagless, despite playing against someone from the US. But then again, the netherlands seem to have good internet connection

I think the user name was level5 jeep chan or something. I think I had 2 matches with him, before the host (not sure if it was that was a bang or lambda player, can't exactly remember because it was like 5AM) decided to bail out after losing to me quite bad

Wakeup DP's are the only thing I can do lol, if I try to do em during blockstrings I just get hit or I fail the input.

Though those random 236A's I got did actually counterhit you last night XD
