HD PVR 2 doesn't seem to hold up too well for longer sessions, kind of annoying.

Will see if I can get this shit fixed.

I swear all the "newer" capture cards have more problems than old ones...then again maybe my PC just needs a good clean-up since I haven't formatted this thing since I got it 3.5 years ago.

I LOOOOOOOOOOVE Dragon's Dogma and used the Guts gear for most of the game (as a warrior, complete with ANNOYING AS FUCK PAWNS ARRRRGH!)

I've also preordered Dark Arisen since Capcom aren't being money grubbing bastards for some reason now (INFINITE FERRYSTONES YEEEEEAAAAAH!)

Also, Assassins perks are OP, and the class itself is just broken as fuck man it makes solo play completely viable with the stas alone, never mind using that infinite stamina item

for 30 seconds of complete invincibility and unlimited specials, switch class and you're still over twice your original strength, magic and defence (both types) and can solo everything ever in a few hits or less.

P.S Berserk is amazing, read it you fags.

P.S2 I SERIOUSLY HOPE THE NEW MAIN THEME DOES NOT replace Into Free, BEST MENU MUSIC EVER? YES!

SECONDLY, the Berserk anime is A MILLION MILES behind the manga in terms of quality and where they get up to like, the anime only covers one arc which is really before Berserk becomes what it is man I strongly suggest you read it since it will be like 2016 before the films (disregarding them cutting out important plot points) begin to catch up and the anime hasn't been continued since like the 90's I thought I had experienced Berserk by watching it too man.

But then I read it and GOD DAMN were my eyes opened.

Anywho. Dragons Dogma, Don't write it off because it's Western by design, You can tell the Japanese put some serious work into this. It's Shadow of the Colossus, mixed with TES, Sprinkled with a bit of Dark Souls and baked in the ovens of Japan.

But TES is shit. Atelast, Oblivion and Skyrim are.

It's always been cool to hate the more recent of TES series. Whilst I'm pretty open about the fact I think Oblivion > Skyrim in terms of immersion (I just prefer Cyrodiil) I still think they're a cracking series. Sometimes I get the feeling people under appreciate the sheer scale and level of detail in the Vanilla game, and instead base the game on it's technical merits at face value.

Like I've spend literally days on Skyrim doing a "Roleplay" Run through. No Fast Travel, Higher Difficulty, Few "Realism" Mods installed etc. No more than 2 weapons blah blah. That alone makes the game godlike. I always felt like carrying enough to outfit a militia was silly.

Though of course, I know people that hate it for genuinely valid reasons.

I couldn't get into Skyrim for a number of reasons (must have between 600-1200 hours in Oblivion though, through different characters) but one of the most jarring reasons for me was the fact that there aren't any actual stats, I dunno its just base HP, Magick and Fatigue feel a bit soulless without the stats screen to back up their existence, now I DESPISE vanilla oblivions levelling system because it was full retard if you wanted decent stats but thankfully mods fixed this relatively easily, but the perks system in Skyrim was just too CoD for my tastes I mean really, calling them PERKS and not SKILLS in an RPG is just ugh.

I might go back to Skyrim when mods allow for a levelling system with stats but in the meantime, nah.

Skyrim is a kind of game where it sort of tricks you into thinking you're playing an RPG. Oblivion I just couldn't get into, though I'll totally admit I may be a bit harsh on Oblivion, considering I played it when I was a bit younger, and only really like JRPGs, lol.

Anyone up for some Marvel today? I found a team that I actually enjoy using, so I wouldn't mind learning the game a bit. Fair warning though, I'm pretty damn terrible.

@YukiBlue I checked out some reviews and gameplay (again), and friend has recommend me it time ago. Game's good, but fuck me I'd hate back tracking for so long with no quick travel options while fighting/hearing the same crap over and over.

They never blocked IP's. Still a ton of English players from this and the Mizuumi community on Ship 5.
