It'd be a lot more tolerable if they didn't. If your character's bad and you play other characters, instead of complaining, you could play the other characters. If your character's bad and you're a good player, you should be able to overcome the weakness. Omni and LK both do well and they both still cry as much as players with actual low tier characters. It's just sort of weird.

LK likes to remind us that Litchi sucks at a rate reminiscent of CS1 Rachel players. Maybe it's a running gag at this point and I'm just a grumpy old man. Okay I'm definitely a grumpy old man, but the running gag thing is still up in the air.

TD Posted June 12, 2012 Posted June 12, 2012 get familiar with his tools. if you can improve your neutral vs kune you stand a better chance. at a basic level, learn his 3 different cloud patterns, how to dodge his j.d bugs, 6d, 2d, how to deal with his falling j.b among a few other things. at a higher level (though most important), learn how to deal with his curse. his different setups like j.c IOH, crossup bug, and guard crush strings.

You just try to kill him really fast and do everything in your power to keep him pinned down. If he has a Burst, then you better be ready to bait a Gold Burst as that's a full Curse for him. Be careful when you jump in as a 5C FC leads to full Curse. Don't get get hit by 6A as that leads to a full Curse as well. Lots of frame traps as well since Arakunes are some of the mashiest mofos out there and with good reason since 5A mash + 50 Heat = full Curse. Other than that, just pray that the Arakune sucks at using bugs and doing bug combos lol. lol Arakune, I'm just glad I play one of the characters who seems to be specifically designed to deal with Arakune's shenanigans.
