You just try to kill him really fast and do everything in your power to keep him pinned down. If he has a Burst, then you better be ready to bait a Gold Burst as that's a full Curse for him. Be careful when you jump in as a 5C FC leads to full Curse. Don't get get hit by 6A as that leads to a full Curse as well. Lots of frame traps as well since Arakunes are some of the mashiest mofos out there and with good reason since 5A mash + 50 Heat = full Curse. Other than that, just pray that the Arakune sucks at using bugs and doing bug combos lol. lol Arakune, I'm just glad I play one of the characters who seems to be specifically designed to deal with Arakune's shenanigans. Thanks for the tips. Had no such luck in fighting a bad Arakunes, only good ones, massive 70% damage combos into reset. Edited June 12, 2012 by Sanger Zonvolt

Jin has the tools to engage him in air-to-air combat (j.B and j.C), to engage him in ground-to-air combat (DP A, 2D, sometimes 2C), and to deal with his Bell Bug + Cloud + 2D/j.XD spam (Ice Swords, Ice Car D, Ice Wave). You can also snipe him with Ice Arrow if he's at an angle setting up the Cloud. Plat has a few tools to deal with Arakune such as Missiles, Bombs, Mystique Momo, and whatnot but she can't handle him as well as Jin can.
