If you're gonna complain that much about a character... Maybe you shouldn't play her anymore, and stick with your main. Does that sound familiar? I love you right now.

I play my character because I like him and if he's worse off in the game that just means there's more room for me to improve. Damn straight. Once you bottom-tier in CT you just don't give a fuck anymore.

TD Posted June 17, 2012 Posted June 17, 2012 *sigh* l may end up regretting this BUT l don't think moy was being pessimistic. l think he was sharing his thoughts, based off what he knows and how he plays. and since he's a passive player, it's only natural he'd forgo the more riskier item equip options. that's what i'm getting from the last two pages anyway. i'll be making a room in a few... its called 'bloodpack!!!'

It seems like she doesn't even NEED to do anything "risky" to be able to equip items, just as long as she isn't stupid about it. I mean anyone who watches that video I posted, I challenge you to count how many times she gets free item equips or basically goes unpunished for it. Then look at HOW she does it and tell me that it was "risky" or that player was "just doing it" and he's somehow some wild and crazy player. I'm just not seeing it. TD Posted June 17, 2012 Posted June 17, 2012 @zeth, while l personally agree with you in terms of her summoning (l play a little plat and l know for a fact you're not punishing equip on reaction. you need to commit to a hard read, or have a move already out), l just don't agree with the way his post was taken. l dunno moy's track record on DL regarding complaining/whining/etc: l do know however that his post was based off of his playing style (notice all the "l"'s in the post). ggs DE. rachel is secretly S tier dude, i'm telling you.

TD Posted June 17, 2012 Posted June 17, 2012 (edited) To be more specific, Rachel just has so many different ways to stop approaches. is there any info in the RAGUNA boards on the matchup? there should be... i'm going to check edit:yea theres some good info in there DE definitely check it out if you havent already. also, it might help if you try to look at the match from the rachel's perspective - sometimes "what would l do in this situation" will not aid you, so try your best to keep your eyes glued to the other character and make sure you don't miss even a footstep. lastly, take a look at the rachel vs ragna as well, get a feel on what rachel wants/likes to do in the MU.
