I even tried to backdash and Hell's Fang to throw em off, but netplay 1-up'd me and the Ragna threw out a random ass 5D and hit me. I should just do dumb shit and faceroll the controller into victory.

He knocked me away (don't really remember how, but i was some distance away) and I was like "Ok his 5B will whiff, I got meter if he blocks it, this will work." Nope.

Reminds me of the times I mash A to tech, push A one too many times, and eat a netplay reset 5D lol.

When I was fighting you, I felt I could do anything safely (including mess up) because you weren't going to punish me for anything, which you didn't do 90% of the time. So you let people do dumb shit and they get away with it. You just gotta figure out what's a block string, what's a frame trap and what's BS pressure. Once you've figured that out I think you should be fine because you can combo once you get a familiar confirm. Also you gotta get better at combos on random hits, when you can get better at that, you'll be set. GG's to everyone in my room, sorry for shutting down so soon but I had to get some food in my system. Should be back in 15-20 minutes though.

Also, you're more offline warrior than netplay so I'd imagine you'd have a hard time pulling out most of your potential so I wouldn't worry too much. Seeing the competition around here will maybe get you motivated enough to come down to a major down here like NEC and then we can all throw down~ I don't know. My main problem I have is going from blocking to buttons. A lot of times I'm trying to actually see what the person is doing and then press a button. I just end up reacting a bit late after I saw the move, or guess wrong. I'll mash sometimes, but I much rather see what's going on before I just start committing to stuff.
