Meh, you're slightly better than last time and you can finish a combo or two from time to time. I'm not sure if I can say I got anything out of it, myself. I jut can't get cornered with platinum because her mixup kills me and nothing I have is fast enough except 5Aing swallow moon, which I just don't have the twitch skill for. Even though you Swallow Mooned every time, I still crouched because I expected the low, and either can't stand up or crouch fast enough to block the next. Goddamn that move. Why you can't be like platinums I can beat and just fuck around summoning toys and raw heart-car into being blocked and comboed? anyways, Opening room and starting a MORNING stream while I practice today...That is, after I upload matches vs The carl I played last night.

I didn't get bored, I just made dumb mistakes or you did something you weren't supposed to and I got hit by it. I've had my salt levels come up way too much in the past couple of days and it's making me think if I should probably move Jin to sub status. I just can't win with him. My Mu does much better than him now, and I'm sure it's because she's a dumb character but it sucks because I put so much time into Jin. I can truly see the limitations he has now and it is bad, this may be the salt getting to me but man this is getting annoying.

CT and CS1 and CS2 Jin mains had it together, even though I did better against them anyways w/l wise. I don't know what Arcsys did to jin, but they need to pick one of the things they nerfed and undo it. Well, I guess I'm done for now, unless anyone wants to play me specifically. (Lol rly) I didn't get to practice as much as I wanted because I spent too much time watching my matches Vs DJFoodstamp. I'll have to try to learn new things tomorrow or something.

Of course, I haven't seen everyone you have played recently so I don't know how often you lose with him. But could just be winning with Mu more since people overall have less experience against Mu than Jin. I should choose Lambda vs your Mu next time and she if she does do better than your Jin.

I know I've been losing to quite a few big names but they've been landslide victories and I know I can do better, I just don't get why its not happening. Also that Lambda/Mu match seems like it would be extremely dumb to try out. I'm up for it, but it's gotta be frustrating seeing how the two play.
toanenadiz Posted May 4, 2012 Posted May 4, 2012 It is dumb. Lambda gets sad because Mu's 6C does a shit ton of damage and is around the same speed as Lambda's 5D at that distance. Mu gets sad when she isn't close to Lambda because Mu can't be Mu at that distance. They both have stupid oki, the same amazing airthrow and damage in the corner.

This, I have a hell of a time going against people now than I did back then. People who I could beat constantly are now on my level or above me. I mean Plat is nearly as bad but at least she has actual mix-up and high damage output near and in the corner. Oh and Pogo stick, <3 Pogo stick.

Next Version Litchi will have to deal damage by cornering people using CH All Green, which now wallsticks straight horizontal instead of up. Yeah it hurts when you go game to game and can feel the weakness of a character and that hurts bad. Only thing you can do is make up for the characters short comings by playing nothing but your strongest points. I'd pick up Jin in extend for shits but I always had a shitty Jin. I might pop on in a little while since I got casuals today I wanna warm up using Tager.

I've just been dropping a lot of combos with Jin as of late, but with my subs I'm fine. In the other hand, my execution with Jin has gotten slightly better after playing Platinum for this long. I can now land those 214A > 44 2C and that DP B > 6C > DC > 5C > 6C > DP C combos more often lol. GGs Star, I don't know how you can do something as execution heavy such as 6C(1) > Kote > 66 x n and you can't do the other easier combos lol.
