Siefer Posted May 29, 2012 Posted May 29, 2012 I've been told by some out of staters that "grease trucks" do exist on other major campuses, but yea, when I think of an "iconic" NJ'ian food, I think of fat sandwiches. Fat Knights are still the best, I don't know what this Va-Va-Voom nonsense is, that must have been after my time or only at certain trucks. That being said, I don't see what the big deal about Rita's is, but maybe I'm just spoiled because I have one in walking distance from me...
BatousaiJ Posted May 30, 2012 Posted May 30, 2012 Confirming my attendance and bringing the Monitor with me. If you guys still need a PS3 with BBCSEX still, I can bring that along as well but prefer not to if you've got enough.

We don't need the PS3, but we might need an extra copy of the game. Thanks again for bringing your monitor.

No fat sandwiches though.
Star-Demon Posted May 30, 2012 Posted May 30, 2012 What the hell is Rita's? We don't have them out here in rich white boy territory. Long Island. Yacht thugz. Rockin the cardigan sweaterz. 4 life. *shrug*

St1ckBuG Posted May 30, 2012 Posted May 30, 2012 Whoever is bringing stuff, if you haven't pre-reg'd yet you probably should. This will make it easier for John to give you money.

iora Posted May 30, 2012 Posted May 30, 2012 If I bring "All of the skill and talent of the west coast", do I get reimbursed at all when I go 0-2 in Blazblue i think you might get sig'd/avatar'd with that quote and a SS of your results by the entire east coast
Dacidbro Posted May 30, 2012 Posted May 30, 2012 i think you might get sig'd/avatar'd with that quote and a SS of your results by the entire east coast I figure I have reason to be nervous, the last time I won a blazblue tournament I went 0-1
mAc Chaos Posted May 30, 2012 Posted May 30, 2012 If I bring "All of the skill and talent of the west coast", do I get reimbursed at all when I go 0-2 in Blazblue when did you become so meek :P was the tier drop that bad lool
Dacidbro Posted May 31, 2012 Posted May 31, 2012 (edited) when did you become so meek :P was the tier drop that bad lool Nothing to prove anymore, and BB isn't my main game. No one to pretend for anymore Besides Bang is amazing in EX. Probably the most balanced top tier character in the game. Proof being he was extremely common in strong teams at BBR Edited May 31, 2012 by Dacidbro
mAc Chaos Posted May 31, 2012 Posted May 31, 2012 All this time, you've been living a lie. I guess MvC3 is your game now? I didn't know Bang was top tier though.
St1ckBuG Posted May 31, 2012 Posted May 31, 2012 Skullgirls. Dacid you're still staying in my room right?

Last year's was pretty crazy and this year's will probably be even bigger. Plus, you get to meet people you only know from the net like me and many others =D.

SweetJohnnyCage Posted May 31, 2012 Author Posted May 31, 2012 We're looking for about 5-6 people to help run brackets at ECT! We'll cover your venue and tournament charges and you'll be getting a staff shirt as well! We'd need your services from 11am-12am Saturday as well as 9am-4pm on Sunday. Pools will be 16 man every 2 hours, so it's nothing too challenging. We prefer those with experience, but please let us know either way!

Bibiquadium Posted June 1, 2012 Posted June 1, 2012 Its so close, can't wait to get there. Hype level too high.

I'm not playing in many tournaments on Saturday so I could do more than I'm already doing.

I only have one tourney and should be hanging out most of the day so I could help if it's nothing too crazy.

This is an all day event on both 9th-10th right? I assume. Or when does it start and end? Like the times?
