Yes, they'll be uploaded to the Youtube account "BlazBlueDanisen" as I want to use that strictly for the Danisen League and hope that it eventually becomes more like a community shared upload page within the league. But I will be posting links for the videos after they are uploaded anyway.

That's good to hear. I'll PM you the password within the next few days, I still need to increase the upload limit but can't use my cell phone anymore cause I apparently used it "too much" by using it twice for activation lol. Despite this being my first hosting session, this one went smoothly. That being said, I'd like to address a few things with you guys. First of all, please try to be on time. Even though it's really nothing more than a netplay session, it's a bit inconvenient when we're waiting on 1-2 people. Secondly, if you can't (or don't want to) show up, try to tell me in advance unlike yesterday (you know who you are). Apparently, the PSN chat creates lag. If this is true, then it would be advisable to leave the chatroom when it's time for you to play and then come back in when you're done.

It's rather unlikely that I'll be able to host every Danisen so give me a shout if you're interested in co-hosting. I'll try my best to host but in the event that something pops up, if I have a name that I can fall back on, then at least the Danisen can go on.

Aside from that, everything went well. BB has played and netplay was had. Thanks for playing, everyone, and hope to see you in the next session.

Congrats to howling-_-moon for becoming 5th Dan with his Rachel and currently the top ranked player.

Next Danisen League Battle is tentatively scheduled for May 19th, around the same time frame.

Some other notes:

-If your connection is terrible or you know people are using your internet at the same time, please remove yourself from the league for the night as no one wants to put up with bad lag. It takes away any enjoyment possible from playing these matches.

-READ THE DAMN RULES.

-LISTEN to me and the other hosts of the room and follow the directions given to you.

If this was an offline tournament the tournament organizers would not let this kind of stuff fly. So out common courtesy and respect for myself and others taking time to do this, you should at least do this BARE MINIMUM asked of you in this case.

Those are things I really should not have to even be saying.

You can either upload them to your own channel or you can upload them to the BlazBlueDanisen channel.

If you do want to upload them to the BlazBlueDanisen channel, please try and edit the matches together so that you aren't just uploading individual matches at a time. Depending on how many you recorded, you can make 1 or 2 parts. I got the upload limit removed so the length of the videos is not a problem. You also don't have to worry about the title or description since I can just go back and edit that myself if need be. Or you can wait til I upload the set I have and just follow the same format I used. You don't need to add any extra stuff like I did for mine though, you can just keep it simple.

You can PM me if you want to upload to that channel and then I'll PM you the password.

In this case, I_SEE_WEABOOS had to switch to another character since his rank was too high to let him play anyone else as you can only play others who are one rank within your characters' rank: His Bang was 4th Dan and there were no 3rd Dans at the time.

If his rank was still within everybody else's range, he would've played one character the whole session.

Once again, your failure to read was your problem.

To be fair, this kind of situation isn't actually explained very clearly in the rules. You have to keep in mind that this is Akira's first session so he's probably unaware of the situations that would warrant using multiple characters.

Also, there's a very good chance that I can host on the 19th (the 18th is a no-go though).

General Information:

-Please try and be on early so I know who all is available and so I can friend request you.

-Player Limit: 6-16, but really it is 15 as I will have to be in the chat room even if I'm not playing.

-Rounds: 2 out of 3, in other words the default settings.

Basic League Rules:

-Everyone starts at Kyu. You can NOT go below Kyu, no matter how many matches you lose. Kyu is basically equal to 1st Dan 0. This is the "Beginner" rank.

-Each match represents 1 point.

-You must earn +3 points for a promotion. -3 points and you will be demoted, starting from 2nd Dan 0.

-You may only use 1 character per night, unless told otherwise by me.

-*Change from previous Danisen League*, you no longer have to pass if you sweep the room, only when you get a Promotion.

-PLEASE read all the rules on the site, it is very important people understand how it works, and it is very simple to understand if you actually read it.

Sign-Up Instructions:

-Sign-ups begin immediately.

-Please continue to sign-up even if spots are filled because there is a good chance someone won't be able to play at the last minute.

-No alt accounts. If I find out someone is using an alt you will be banned from participating until further notice. It takes away from the point of this.

-If you sign-up I fully expect you to be around when the time comes even if you aren't listed as within the first 16 people. People will drop and I need others to fill those spots. If you sign-up, think of it as you plan to play BlazBlue in some form that night anyway.

-Please don't drop in the middle of the league, only sign-up if you actually want to PLAY.

-If you are a returning player, you only have to post your PSN I.D. unless you are switching to a new character OR you've already used multiple characters in which case I need to know which one.

Because that's NOT a rule and no one can "max out" a character. The rule is perfectly clear for what you as a player need to know. If the situation came up like it did for the West, it would've happened the same way.

That's the rule. So if that situation came up, the part about "unless told otherwise by me." would've taken effect.

What character you plan to use for this? You can only use one character for any given league night unless I personally ask you to switch to a new character for the sake of the rooms. You can pick a different character for other league nights though.

It is character locked per night unless I ask you otherwise (or in this case Psykotik). And that only happens for the sake of other players to keep rooms going. Since it's the 1st one, it's highly unlikely that'll need to happen.

But you can use as many characters as you want between each league night, all of which start at Kyu and have their own rank obviously.

What you said is not a rule. What I said is the rule, there's a difference. The issue is I explained it to you for why you can't use 2 characters, not only on here but also in the chat as I said. There's no reason to question me when I already explained it.

Rule:

That's all you need to worry about as a player. It is the rule, that's what you go by, there's no need to question it because that's how it is. It explains itself very simply.

This then means if something comes up where a person may need to change characters for whatever reason, I as the organizer will let the player know.

So with that said, and putting it together as the rule, it is very simple to understand and there should be no need to question it.

For the reasoning of "WHY" you can only use 1 character, I specifically told you this in the chat room.

Me being "rude" is because you clearly didn't take the time to read the rules to begin with, even outside of this example. So excuse me for not treating you with "respect" since you failed to treat this with any.

Just to make it perfectly clear, I will further explain this "situation" in the rules so there's no excuse next time instead of just going by what I say. I don't know how much good it will do if people don't read them to begin with. I would like to enforce some kind of punishment for failure to follow the rules but that seems like something I shouldn't even need to do and is over-exaggerating. But maybe people would then take the time to actually read the rules for the event they are participating in.
