BatousaiJ Posted October 3, 2012 Posted October 3, 2012 It's not really healthy for anyone, Player Matches (with friends) are the way to go if you wanna enjoy netplay. You can generate some fantastic levels of salt when you play ranked but ya, player matches is where its at if you actually want to have consistent fun.

Reacting to bursts seems a bit harder in P4A than in BB. Might just be cause I haven't had P4A that long, but it feels like the bursts are faster.

It's like you shouldn't even block her. you should just mash DP and don't let her get any higher than yellow axe. But then suddenly j.B......

Dont_Explain Posted October 4, 2012 Posted October 4, 2012 (edited) You play Yosuke too. You should know the pain of messing up once. I'm disappoint Cookie. I thought you were a Brosuke. It takes a long time for her to build that kind of axe meter from her pressure. And when you escape her pressure, all you need to do is run away (or pressure her back) for a little bit and it is all gone. One more overhead is usually red axe. My new plan is to just get a lead and pretty much watch how they approach and try to pick when to attack. Killing her before being killed isn't hard I'm just not that good yet. Don't do stuff too far out of your means in games you want to actually win is my suggestion. I don't use gliding in my play unless I'm feeling myself. Doing the thing on pad with the way I have the buttons setup is a nightmare and I wouldn't be too worried even if I never quite get the hang of its use unless I wanted to get GDLK at this game or something. Yosuke has too many options and tricks at his disposal so you should look into easy stuff like tricky moonsaults and various types of resets before you move onto the really advanced stuff.

What an annoying little gnat. And Labrys mirrors with psyco was...well, it is a good thing I love Labrys so much or I would think she was a stupid character. I kinda started to get into the groove, but then like one mistake and I fell apart. I kept fucking up on getting out in the corner too. I haven't really watched any videos of Naoto, so I'm not completely sure when to buttons out. Either way I gotta step up. Don't feel like going through P4A like how I did in BB and only scrap rounds off people.
