My guess is they had to choose between pink and blonde and went with pink. Dunno, I also think blonde would have fit better, but oh well :V

The ones I'm reminded of are Robo Ky (top right), Tsubaki, Yosuke and Lelouch as he appears at the end of season 2 when he announces he's the emperoro of Brittania on the bottom right. Alas, those are the only ones I know.

And yet Arc Sys still keeps in the blue skinned purple people. EDIT: Noel's 14 is Nu-13, 09 Nephenee-ish,11 is familiar but I don't remember (I-No?), and no clue who Noel's P4U cosplay is.
