um.. can johnny still do 1 hit ensegna? After watching that unimpressive ac combovid, i noticed how he never did 1 hit ensegna in his combos.

actually...it lookz like he does a hit on jam at the top of the screen...he hits her with dust thats 14...then he does ensenga after for 15 hit combo...probably doesnt show johnny drop down and do mist because they'd probably recover around the same time with the longer lag on his mist -_- johnny is tainted...i'm sure i could do all of his combos with just a bit of practice...somehow, that just doesnt seem right..his complexity has been watered down....kinda like the soulcalibur 2 to soulcalibur 3 changes >.>

To put it more specifically: Viable one hit Ensengas are no more. You might get some random shit setup, and it is possible from highly specific Air JT FRC setups, but for all realistic purposes it's not going to be something that is realistic anymore. The only real 1 hit Ensengas left are off of corner throws. They work but since misting is even gayer now it's much harder to take advantage of. And lastly yeah, Johnny is going to be easy to pick up now. Like slightly harder than Slash Sol to pick up, only because getting used to his rushdown/mixups/mist canceling would take a little effort. His combos are Slash Sol easy.

The old corner throw setup still works, so does this combo: 5K, c.S, 2K, f.S, K MF lv2 (sliding), dasn in 6HS, FB Jackhound, 5K, c.S, JC, j.K, j.P, j.S, Killer Joker FRC(new air move?), j.S, JC, j.S, j.D, 1-hit Ensenga. Well, seeing as how he's substituted a fifth Badlands for Master of Puppets, I'd imagine you could the same except with Nightmare Circular, but the super itself would do shit for damage, and poison might not be as worth it as voodoo dolls.

In the JO vs VE match (200701060030.avi) Venom seems to say ENGLISH when using HS and dust, I don't know why I find this funny.

Actually, it's not from a match video. I played him myself in casuals at Ikebukuro GIGO. Other players such as 012, shuuto, domi, mike and H.H were there as well. Then again, maybe what I posted doesn't belong to this thread to begin with. So feel free to shift it or delete it.
