In 200612200073 (from Ghako Joybox), at 0:24, Baiken counterhits Order Sol with 5K and dizzies him, but then gatlings 5K to 2S and doesn't eliminate the dizzy from OR. Does anyone know why OR is still dizzy after the 2S? (My impression was that any subsequent hit would eliminate dizzy.)

Oh my. Ky has a FRC point on his Vapor Thrust which allows him to continue doing it again, making it a loop. I think that's possible if he didn't miss the FRC point on the third VT. And I think you can choose the background in AC? The videos should be in the arcades right? :o So.. yeah. EDIT: Is there some sort of synergy for Ky? It seems that he can use another skill (similar to his overdrive... er forgot what name but it isn't Ride The Lightning, it's the other one) after he uses his CSE FB. And after that his IK skill reach got longer? Is that part of the synergy also? Or is it simply his IK got upgraded?

Boo at the Pot vids in maturundesu.web.fc2.com. The player DID do Pot Buster FRC, but didn't follow it up. Overall, not seeing how "insanely powerful" Potemkin really is that I keep hearing about.

Hmm, it seems like they changed the dizzy system to mirror 3rd Strike's - continuing a combo will keep them stunned. Also: in 200612220026.avi, is it just me or does that Sol remind you a lot of MIU? Lots of instant air VV, and even the whiffed Fafnir in wakeup games. Mad fun! =)

I like the new ky very weird but it looks good... the ex moves look useful but i dont like that the croos stay long time without any animation >__>, his new overdrive looks cool too ^^ baiken have the same color that reload blue/white clothes, blond hair in one vid i see that sol strikes ky when he is in the ground with the fake gunflame? he dont make any flames ande ky dont burn too X.x very weird

May CAN pick up opponents w/ an OTG Jackhound, my bad. That is just crazy. You end a combo w/ a vertical dolphin only to pick the opponent back up w/ Jackhound. That's so awesome. The distance Jackhound travels also seems dependent on how close or far the opponent is to May. So if you ground someone far away from you, you'll still be able to pick them up. This move has just proven to be a staple of May's game.

It's always been like that. But the diffrence from Third Strike is that you can start shaking out as soon as you get dizzied.

Hmm I thought air combos worked like that but ground combos didn't. Thanks! Also the new OTG system is just nuts. First there's Johnny coin loops, now May Jackhound...

Well, Johnny's lv.2 S MF causes slide, which explains the OTG coin combos.

May's Jackhound actually launches as an OTG and even allows followups.

Actually, if I'm correct, the new OTG system is the sliding. Johnny's coin loop is because Johnny's Mid LV 2 mist finer (236K) does sliding. So if it's on corner, he can "pick them up" with the coin and then do H,236K for the loop. Similar thing with May's Jackhound to pick up the foe from the ground. This is just from watching. I might be wrong.

Yeah, I thought OTG and Slide state were two separate things... OTG is the same as it has always been from what I thought, and then there are certain moves that cause "slide state", and if you hit them in that state, it counts as airborne hits. I guess you could call "sliding" a new OTG system, like drzero said.

Was it on really on his VT? I could've sworn it was for his Lightning Javelin, or maybe he has an frc for both? :confused:

Yeah, OTG and sliding are differnt things. So there's two kinds of knockdown now. The regular knockdown, and sliding knockdown. The Sliding one can be comboed to if you pick them up quickly enough. Yeah, I'm calling it the new OTG or something since it's like a 2nd variation of knockdown.
