(For all honestly, I haven't seen a "good" Pot/ABA/RoboKy yet, and no, I don't download EVERYTHING on the post forum.) IMO, Johnny and I-No needs to be a bit higher, Ky should be "slightly" lower, and is Jam THAT good? (Yes, I've seen her stuff. And her FB 236S version is scary along with her Charged 236K, the command jumping fake-out and the H>6H loop, etc. etc.) IMO, Jam is high med, not top. Similar question with Baiken being high med.

I did a quick average of all of those and it looks like this:

I haven't seen enough, but I don't think that's all too accurate, but meh, this is a new game so it's ever changing of the tier list. (For all honestly, I haven't seen a "good" Pot/ABA/RoboKy yet, and no, I don't download EVERYTHING on the post forum.)

IMO, Johnny and I-No needs to be a bit higher, Ky should be "slightly" lower, and is Jam THAT good? (Yes, I've seen her stuff. And her FB 236S version is scary along with her Charged 236K, the command jumping fake-out and the H>6H loop, etc. etc.) IMO, Jam is high med, not top. Similar question with Baiken being high med.

Personally, I think Millia is higher. Probably no less than B tier.

I just don't think anyone has been "good" with her yet.

Wow, the more I watch these videos, the more I think this game is broken. Heck, EVERYBODY is broken, it just that some chars are more broken then others. >_> I mean, Baiken does a 65%~75% damage off of a corner Dust Launcher combo with NO tension use?! And the new Axl corner combo does more damage then the previous Axl Bomboer loop back in #R. (There's something WRONG when you see a 50% HP damage off of a GRAB combo in corner with no tension use...) Yeah, they made the Air Axl Bomber a FB, but the new replacement is even more insanely powerful when placed in corner. Anyway, IMO, no move should have ground bounce property when you hit an air-born foe that's not a CH...(Jam's 214K, Axl's new Air Move, Venom's 6H, etc.) They seriously need to fix the damage scaling in the next update... But despite all these things, I personally like it since it feels like a fresh new game with all these changes and additions. (Too bad no new chars or storyline development...)

Thats exactly why Guilty Gear is really balanced. Every character has bullshit about them that is rediculous. So every character has a solid chance and has good pros and cons.

It's really complicated when you get technical with it.

i-no: too early to judge. some stuff better, some stuff worse..gotta wait for some koichi matches. i love her new notes though.

I heard from a friend who speaks Japanese that Koichi's leaving I-No for Millia again... because... "I-No's too boring"... :sosad:

yeah man, if i played I-No, i'd get tired of POUNDING on top players day and night, too. i mean, who likes making a combo movie out of their friends.

Wow, that is good news for Millia players....Koichi was one of the best back in the day. I'm interested to see how he'll do.:cool:

ahhh yes...its nice to see DK can still bring a smile to my face with his Johnny....i probably wont jump out of my seat like with some of his slash vidz, but the boy his still bad....

According to his blog, Koichi is now playing three characters: Testament, Millia, and I-no. I-no only got minor changes so I can see why he feels like this, but he also says he wins the most with i-no still. I hope he sticks with i-no but he will really beast with whoever he picks up as a main.

I think Arc System is testing this theory of "The game is balanced when everybody is broken" thing. (When you look at Hokuto no Ken and now GGXXAC) Well, in HnK, if you take out Toki, it's "somewhat" balanced cause everyone's broken.

The difference, though, is this game has actual variety, while almost everyone in HnK is like a slower Magneto. It's nothing new really, Sirlin and others have long suggested that this would make for an ideal tournament game, and I agree. AC is what Guilty Gear *should* be, imo.

It´s a way simple: Overture > Combo > You´re dead. But it´s the same for every players, so stop complaining.

I always loved Koichi's antics as Millia or I-No. Back in #R, his Millia was a blast to watch with its mix ups literally everywhere. In Slash, his combos with I-No were simply mind-blowing. From the videos I've seen, I-No looks boring (very little changes) and relatively weak compared to some other characters, so it's perfectly understandable that he may want to switch to Testament and Millia, two very strong characters at this point in the game. Especially Testament... who looks to have a lot of potential in AC.

Hmm, I'm still not seeing what makes ABA Top tier and Potemkin high med tier. (According to G Blood) ABA mostly seems like the same with the exception of her new Forced Back being abusive. And Potemkin... never seen ANYBODY combo his new Pot Buster FRC, never seen them use the "Air Pot Buster" he suppose to have, etc. It's just the same old Pot. The new things I do see is that Heat Knuckle (without Heat Extend) puts the foe KO right in front of him, which is good. And his Slide Head can be comboed into c.K, c.S, Heat Knuckle. (Which is kinda really silly)

omg how is doing combo vid on someone boring?...i like the I-no changes they're like a mix of #r and slash...its like they finally completed the character. oh i will b beasting with her no doubt.

Sarcasm. Unless that was directed at Koichi's decision, in which case... yeah. Tired and dumb right now, if I misinterpreted this, then sorry.
