What' the deal with Azrael saying all the time he is going to eat people?.

He treats the battlefield as a feeding ground....yeah, it's a pretty narmy translation, I really hope some suitable is used in official translations.

Sector 7 doesn't look so good when you realize

that Relius's plan (destroying seithr flow using Rettenjou) is what Sector 7 has wanted all along. It would bring the world's society to its knees for a very, very long time.

Azrael's "eating" isn't literal. Azrael lives to fight strong people, and refers to defeating a strong person as "eating" them. Just to hammer in the crazed dog comparisons.

Wonder what the other scientists at Sector 7 want with the Azure Grimoire.

The world is very dependant of seithr, but in the other hand the could live anywhere in the planet, not only in Hierarchical City, I think it's worth to try. And NOL will lost a lot of power without seithr, probably good por the common people.

About Azrael "eating", I know it's not literal, he is not a cannibal,it just sounded weird.

God, 'narm' is an idiotic word. There's got to be a better phrase out there.

It sounds weird at first of course, but you get used to it with time. I think it's fine, but if they can find something better, cheerio.

So I guess he's one of the major powers in BB now, along Ragna, Nu, Haku and maybe Izayoi.

Powerful as all those characters but still isn't an arcade final boss?

I wouldn't be surprised if he's Valkenhayn's final boss, he seems to harass Valkenhayn more than Hakumen from what I've seen.

Nope, Relius is Valkenhayn's final boss.

The story really have me interested so far. I cant wait for the other arcade playthroughs to surface. Specifically want Jin's to be translated next. I really want to see his dialogue with Hakumen before he fights Tsubaki. Speaking of Hakumen, so far he has my favorite moment in the story. I dunno but I really was digging how he was stalling time for Jin to come to Tsubaki. I'm already hype as hell for Jin to save Tsubaki in the story mode.

Okay so Nu is an obnoxious insane bitch, but...

... awwwwww. That is SO FUCKING CUTE.

Part of me is kinda hoping for some kind of turn-around from her. It sounds like she's going to start off as whacked-out as she was in CT, but I wonder if maybe she'll even out a bit. Still be wacky, but not as murderous. Maybe even pull a heel face turn?

I wonder if Lambda is still lingering in her somewhere. That could affect things.

must have more arcade mode playthrough clips

Unfortunately, Nico Douga removed all of the arcade stories that have been uploaded there. I'm not sure what that's going to mean. :(

Same fate can happen on youtube.

They really don't like spoilers.

I have a question similar to that.

If Nu's soul was implemented into Lambda and Lambda died near the end of CS, then why is Nu still acting like her usual yandere self (still has emotions) and not just some robot like Lambda when there's no soul in there any more? If I remember correctly, the Prime Field Devices really only grew a soul after they came in contact with the Boundary. By the time they got back, they had emotions and shit. So the creators would remove their consciousness and emotions.

What I'm getting at is that the Prime Field Devices without souls are just robots so why does Nu, who now lacks a soul, still have emotions?

By the way, I know that Ragna and obviously Noel, are artificial "humans", so is Jin one of those artificial humans as well?

Also, lol at Azrael being this game's "Kenpachi". Complete with his consuming desire of fighting stronger opponents, ridiculously monstrous strength, and a limiter (complete with his whole "I want to enjoy the fight as much as possible and not kill my opponent right away" speech).

It has been implied several times, "I'll fight as a human being" were his last lines before he got devoured by the Black Beast according to Jubei.

I'll probably have to dig up more evidence on that, implications are not enough for me to just say "I know that Ragna is an artificial being".

I can't help but feel like there's some persistence between Nu and Lambda. Despite her "dying" at the end of CS, it just feels like she's still around.

Perhaps another way to look about it: Lambda WAS Nu. It's just that Kokonoe kept her mind so fucked that her wacky personality was buried deep and didn't really surface until the very end. So if Nu is now still... well, Nu, then that probably means its still the same soul. I guess.

I have no idea how that soul was retrieved and placed in Nu's body though.
