Yeah, you might as well just buy the game because CSII Plat and CSE Plat are way different from each other. Besides, it's only a couple of dollars more that you pay than if you were to rent it. Try Amazon or eBay and I guarantee you that you'll find the game for a dirt cheap price, specially if it's an eBay auction.

definitely get cse, it's a good investment especially since it'll likely be a /good while/ before cp rolls around our way. familiarizing yourself with cse plat as well as playing other people will better prepare you for cp!

Alright thanks guys.

Edit: i might get it until Xmas the game, someone from my familly just think to buy it on Amazon for me. can't wait!

Afaik combos off CA and Gadget Finger are the only sources of damage that don't kill players.

Thanks for the welcome guys. also hope to play with you guys soon, i will get Extend maybe in this end month.

Welcome to the reason I got depressed and stopped playing Blazblue for a while; I can't do most of the 22C ( Fallen Melody ) links, which is a big part of her game. There are some rules to follow and the timing is strict.

Moy_X7 did a great job explaining it, he even went and did a step by step Youtube tutorial. I still can't do it consistently. It's in the first paragraph HERE

I know you're just going to master it in a week, so tell me how you do it next time we meet at Foonzo :P

You have to time it differently than other 22C's off of 6C or 6A. I usually 'feel it out' and it works. I can't say I have it in muscle memory or anything like that since the timing varies from character to character. Moy did explain it, but you really have to grind in training mode to get it down by yourself. Even with a video, you still will be the one doing the work. It's very important to get this down if you want to optimize combos to the fullest. Especially optimizing corner carries that use heat or 5C/Mami/CH Mami starters in the corner. All of those get you 4k+ if you can get the 22C's down perfectly, which is needed.

Moy has the video on his channel for help with the timing..

i sadly just notice it to how, well in a reason i believe you need to get it in a good timing i guess, hmm just make sure the red 22C are follow by a combo correct me if am wrong please.

Edit: thanks for the link guys, i will check it out, however i still need to work on it.

Lol Yes 22C is difficult I can rarely do it myself, though with a bit of practice you should get the handle of things, afterall the next game won't come out until the summer

I've been playing for a long while and I can still only perform 6C > 22C > 5C in practice mode. :vbang:

I can do 6C > 22C > 5A > 6A > stuff consistently but I was told to stop that.

Well I can do 6C > 22C > 6A and 6C > 22C > 5C in about 3 cases out of 4, but my neutral game sucks, so I rarely end up doing it anyways :v:

I think am about to get it now, however i still need to watch some videos again and keep practice. = 3

ALright so what is the best way to practice 22C? Training set up wise, I'm familiar with the timing just setting up is rather difficult

I hate to break it to you but there are a bunch of 22C timings, not just one universal one.

Mid-screen, do...

5B > 3C > RC > 66 2C > Delayed 22C > 66 5C > 236B > 66 6C > j.236C > j.C > 22C > 5C > 6A > 236B.

You should actually replace the final 5C with a 6C and go the j.236C > j.C > 6A > 236B finisher route but this should be good for practice. With this combo, you knock out both the 2C > 22C and 6C > j.236C > j.C > 22C timings.

Then, in the corner do:

5A > 5C > 236B > 66 5C > 2C > Delayed C Bubble > 6C > 22C > 5C > 6A > 236B.

Again, you should be finishing that combo with the 6A finisher but do this for practice and then when you get comfortable with the timing, move on to the 6A finisher.

I'm happy to say I can do 22C in the corner just fine. I have yet to learn optimized midscreen combos though so I haven't attempted it there yet.

I just made the 6A > 22C in the corner. pretty happy about it right now. i think to practice more with it again for view minute and maybe go switch to a other one.

I've been grinding combos so long that I forgot there are so many variations in timings...

Also note that doing 6C > 236C > j.C > 22C this timing will vary a lot by character. For example, on Rags, you want to line him up with your J.C, so there's a bit of delay before doing the J.C > 22C. I swear he falls weirder than other characters to me. Especially during Pan combos..

I just made 6A > 22C Corner so far. right now i think to practice some more and maybe do a other vid to see if is it enough for you guys out there.

Yeah, the 6C > j.236C > j.C > 22C route is pretty damn difficult on some characters, specially Hakumen.
