Didn't he used to rage about her in CS2? Meh i don't care.

I don't remember Goro running around and scoring out brainlessly easy hits that dish out 4K from each. He was awesome because he played well, some tuned down damage won't be problem for him. I won nearly all locals in here just like CS2 days without even pulling out any extra effort. If anything then the guys are still boo'ing me and calling me fraud for playing Makoto even in EX lol.

Dat new coat, so awesome. Would have had been more awesome if she could fight with it.

That coat would hide far to much of her skin, which Im sure would displease many......

If the main reason that one plays Makoto is due to her lower amount of clothes compared to the majority of the cast, then I don't know what to say.

Idk if I count, because her lack of clothes is what caught my attention, and made me want to try her out, and her fight style and everything else is what made me keep her as a main. It's also the damn tail of hers. I can't say "no" to the tail.

She just needs some sleeves to her current combat outfit, and maybe a cool looking pair of tonfas!

I was simply attracted to her like a magnet because of the character as a whole, there's like, nothing wrong with her. Fightstyle, appearance, voice, tail... Punches that blasts people away etc.

Sorry I thought I replied with a quote on that. Someone stated that Dacidbro might be switching his main to Mokoto. I think that's because he used Akihiko in P4A and he really enjoyed him. Sorry about that.

She's pretty much my dream girl for the same reasons you listed. That and someone said "top-tier" and "Makoto" in the same sentence without the words "3rd Strike" and I knew I had to play BB again. Not gonna lie though, learning how to play her was awkward for the first week thanks to her outfit. I would definitely like her to fight with the jacket on, even though at this point, her outfit is a defining characteristic to me.

Way ahead of ya. I blended her official concept arts together, and came up with this.Totally not related to gameplay, but I'm out of ideas by this point, lol

How so? Not even trying to troll but Aki's only low is that awful sweep.

She only have one overhead, and that overhead have an extremely limited accessibility. Other mix up would be Lunatic Upper > Mars/Gazer which is not safe because Gazer is worse than Gauntlet Hades on block and Mars also becomes punishable on IB and sadly Mars is piss easy to IB. After all this fuss lets say you got a hit, you will get rewarded by 600/2500 which is pretty shitty since our neutral doesn't allow us to get in easily so having a no advantage over the defender in reward is just baaad. Mars/Gazer mix up gets dramatically better if you have 50% heat but Makoto can't farm up heat easily like Ragna. Our whole offensive strength is in our fast full of traps string that can spell death to any character without a reversal, rare are those who appreciate her blockstring because it scales sick well if you know how to confirm guards and frame traps confirm etc... But still vs reversal characters we can't fully utilize our offense :( I know that this is general for all characters to hold down their offense a little bit vs reversal characters but its damage to Makoto far more hurt her than other.

I don't know but, I just need a random CH 6C from midscreen right at the beginning of the round because the guy felt like pressing a button, and its a corner carry combo that gives you 49 heat. Mars Chopper RC combo almost builds 50 heat on its own, so if you have HP under 35% it's guaranteed heat back in the corner and you can do your PF ender in 6.2k DMG and if blocked, resume pressure. (If Mars Chopper is used as a frame trap by delaying it a bit and get CH, you don't need 50 heat to combo out of it.)

I'm just using the browser. It took me 10 minutes to respond but I don't care for tapatalk.

EDIT: My favorite thing to parry is wake-up Jayoku. Something about parrying that move gives me a raging boner.

Granted, you only have one shot at it. :x

Impossiburu! But fun stuff, you can just DP his Shippu and you'll just punch through it like nothing ever happened (from anywhere in the screen). But if a Hakumen just does wakeup Shippu, then he must be netplaying too much.

Pretty much this. Makoto just feels like she's made for me. I'm never dropping this character, regardless of what they do to her.

Although I won't lie. When fighting characters like Litchi and Ragna I can get REALLY salty and I wish I could play other characters.

Litchi and Ragna are for chumps anyway. And I know what you mean about Litchi. I hate 5-minute long combos...

And Makoto is not the only one Litchi gives fits to, Jins and Noels hate her too. Doesn't ALWAYS mean I hate fighting the character, her combo ability is just ridiculous sometimes. As for Ragna, it's only his attack power and ease of use combined with his overwhelming speed that gets me, and his combos are far longer than they need to be honestly...

Btw, in Chrono Phantasma, did Corona Upper get a priority boost or any more uses?
