This keeps getting me too... There has to be a lot of people trying her out, and she hasn't even budged a bit on all lists I've seen. If Izayoi is really that bad, I feel sorry for this character! D:

She could have untapped potential, but she's been out for awhile now.

For me, the sad part is that she looked like a cool character. She could TELEPORT! But then again, so could Azrael kinda.

Lol, sorry, I just want the game to come out already. :P

But we still have quite a while to go, sadly, and I want me some more Makoto.

...Is there anything else related to her gameplay that we have not covered?

Why don't they let Makoto keep the comet cannon combos? They wouldn't be broken if they didn't allow it more than one time per combo, and they look like fun.

The parry is a little too weak still, they could give the move some degree of usefulness. But yeah, it was pretty damn broken back then, lol

It hasn't changed in CP at all, has it?

In wouldn't really want it back to that amount of broken, but just a bit more useful would be nice. Although admittedly, those parry shenanigans were a ton of fun while they lasted.

well, It's better in CP I guess. Relatively, that is. Because DP RCs don't get the reward they used to. It still stands in like jayoku class of damage.

I don't think it is good enough in EX. But CP it might be ok. though it still doesn't see much use.

Parry is just fine, it makes people have tp worry about it, but if abused it ain't as good. I just wish it was more useful against projectiles.

The frame data is ok by me I guess, but the way it catches is not. the range is about a jab of range. makes it really sketchy. it does nothing to prevent them from doing followups. if you cancel into the attack too early you'll just get by a gatling, if you don't cancel they need to be really right next to you. It's too annoying to me.

Make it catch long-poking attacks, and it would be fine. If the weapon is in the guy's fricken hand, that crap should be knocked out of the way. But nope, the opponent gets the reward for your hard work. >.>

An alternative command during parry that would deflect against projectiles would be nice, but idk how they would pull it off.

This is almost the most annoying thing ever. How can it not catch Tager's 5A after Gadget Finger??? I should be getting 5k+ instead of a 2B to the shins.

Successful parry against a projectile - Press D to do the punch or press A to send it back.

Although being able to reflect projectiles would probably make Makoto broken again. Zoners wouldn't be able to touch us.

I'd love to see how this would look against Dead Spike.
