Hope that the 6C change doesn't stick, there goes 6C > 2D and 6C > 214B in the corner if it does.

 

I don't know how to feel about knockdown CH Ice Blades but 5D > Special Cancel is always a welcome addition.

off 6C spin state, you can probably do 6C > 6B > stuff.

 

on fatal, can probably loop 5C > 6C > 6B two or three times haha

 

...maybe even link 6B into 6C!?! time to training mode

 

edit: testing FC 5D > 214D RC > 6B > 6C didn't work for me :(

im thinking maybe stuff like non freeze air hit 2d>ice car followup or if the jump cancel is even early enough to go for an air combo

 

air hit 6b>hizansen doesnt work so im guessing 6b down is emergency techable

 

hizansen landing recovery almost non-existant, probably go to corner route if ice car and sekka changes stick, maybe some weird shit like 6c>2d>iad j.2c>hizansen>dash 2b?idk

 

apparently can only followup ex ice car and dp in corner with 2b

Whatevs, we should always take the early location test changes with a grain of salt. Half of these changes will probably not make it to the final version.

so 6C is just a visual change then? ok, no funny fatal loops then i guess :(

 

as for the rest, it seems like most combo routes have been nerfed... which is like everyone else haha. oh well, guess we'll see how that goes.

does anyone recall how long it has been from loketest 1 to final loketest to release in the past? I feel like it was maybe, a month from start to finish? Could it be 2 months?

Here's an update:

- 6C on hit causes spin state, guess no bounce? 
- 623D, 2nd hit cause wall bounce 
- 236A, knockdown on ch 
- OD HIyoku, no visual change
- 6A not throw cancelable anymore 
- Opponent falls faster and farther away after j.D
- JD more knockback 
- 6C>214B corner doesnt work 
- 6C>22C corner cant do followup 
- Cdp slightly lower

- OD Touga looks even cooler

- when doing Sekka against opponent in freeze, it will not de-froze them, so sth 5C>5D>sekka>6C works

this sounds like a crazy new route to me, but don't forget, you need to be close to the opponent for sekkajin to work, so it's not as strong as it seems

It'll be a pretty nice corner combo route though. I admit, I want to test this out.

 

Although I wonder if we can still follow up Sekka in the corner?

 

Also what would we follow up 6C with in that combo? Going into 2D won't have any freeze although we might be able to special cancel into 214B/214D.

2D won't freeze but it'd be jump cancelable, so probably air combo into hizansen

I seem to recall someone mentioning 6B grounding the opponent on air hit. If you can't emergency tech it, I imagine 6C > 6B being a viable midscreen route, maybe? Then again, if 6C > 214B doesn't combo in the corner, maybe not.

6c>214b combos, there's just no wallbounce to followup

 

maybe the freeze keep thing will apply to other specials as well like fubuki and ice car

 

looks like the end of 6d freeze oki though

i think you'd lose too much damage unless there are new filler combo parts that dont use up freeze

 

edit: apparently sekka will freeze if used during any freeze

5B>5C>3C>214D>Sekka>6C>2D>air combo into HIzansen maybe? And if not, 214B~C depending on 2D's height?

Something like air combo>1st hit of Hizangeki>Sekka>the stuff above

 

A lot of potential here, Maybe you can go into j.2C>j.C from Sekka freeze and replace 6B with that

midscreen 5b>5c>3c>ex dp>dash 2b>5c>air combo ~3.4k

5b>5c>5d>ct doesn't reach midscreen, dunno about corner

some people got 6c to combo after ex ice car followup

ice car followup doesn't do unscaled damage anymore

j.c>j.2c>j.d>hizangeki>2b works

hizansen emergency techable

5d does not fatal, sekka fatals lol team blue

I've had more than 2000 matches with CP Jin online and I'm pretty sure I got less than 5 CH Sekkas in total lmao. How impossible can you make Jin's FC combos

 

Emergency techable Hizansen makes up for the much quicker land recovery I would assume, that kinda sucks.

 

The 200 min damage from 214B~C has won me so many close matches, it'll suck if it's permanently gone.

 

5D>CT works in the corner in CP 1.1 so I would hope it works in CP2, unless 5D got changed somehow?

loketest 1 hizansen sounds like it's a shitty version of air ice car from pre-cp
 
but yeah....fc sekka sounds pretty useless since they didnt remove the proximity lock thing

Hold in, does 6C spin mean they're spinning on the ground or air spin like CS Fubuki B? Loketests are always weird and funny to read.
