Hmm, since Litchi got an Okami palette, could Valkenhayn's be Oki? They can both transform into wolves, not to mention the similar colors.

Hmm... that could be it... Valk's blue shoes concern me regarding that, but maybe they're supposed to represent Oki's face... I dunno, but it's the best guess yet, anyways, especially since Litchi's Okami colors are also more reminiscent than to-a-T.

I'm sure the Wolf sprites have their own individual palette from Valkenhayn's main sprites.

I've recently discovered another icon in the form of neta_seigi2.gif, which is another item, thus making them 12 items found. As stated before by ChaosChao222: Seigi and Shinyoko are connected to memes in BlueRaji and "neta" may refer to "joke material", thus this could mean that other BlueRaji memes are there as icons for the items folder.

I'm currently investigating the last weapon icon, as the weapons identified are for the playable characters, which NPC's in BB have weapons too? I've tried Jubei, but to no avail so far.

Because I just love doing oddly large amounts of effort for minimal reward, I went and re-made Noel's new sprite in Chrono Phantasma in MSPaint since the rip was to scale. After re-creating/cleaning the Nu pallet (the least grainy image), I then recolored it (which was obnoxious since the Nu pallet reuses a ton of colors), then created an Index, and then voila, re-did all of the Noel pallets, so now we have a very clean image for Noel's extra pallets.

As the week goes on I'll work on the other characters (new ones excluded as they do not have existing sprites nor are their ripped ones scaled 1:1), but some really compressed ones like Nu and Tager will be harder to identify the correct color to use at some points. But hey, the worst is outta the way with Noel complete~

Nah, the number increases as the girls are added. Like before Nu was out we had 20/21, and Mu's weapon isn't available yet; http://sp.bbcp.ac/img.php?d=icon/weapon_my.gif&h=64 and when it is will bring the total to 22/23.

Phase Shift characters have their own category, which we already have all the icons for.

Kokonoe's codes didn't work (kk), and if it were a new character, the total number would go up with their announcement, just like Nu, Mu, and Izayoi adding to it.

Take-Mikazuchi and old Tsubaki yes, SoE no, pantsu no, Phase Shift has its own (complete) set.

For weapons, every existing character code has been tested, which means it's either a character or weapon that has not shown up at all in any other icon, or is an extension off an existing character's code, or, a completely new (non 2-letter) version of a character's code.

In one of the vids, i've seen an icon that is just ( ' . ') (you know, ASCII Arakune face) on a simple white background. There are no custom icons as far as I know, so I think looking for different Arakune codes might give us some good results.
