It looks like he'll have a run. If you notice in the pictures given of him already it looks like he's actually doing a running attack, or an attack that moves him forward. So that's interesting. Either way, I'm actually just going to stick with Hazama, and continue to patiently wait for Kokonoe.

I hope Terumi is like what Mu-12 is to Lambda in the sense that she's retarded and does too much damage in comparison. So like if Hazama is already doing high damage like 4-6K, Terumi is doing Hakumen Dope ass OD damage at all times. #Fuckbalance

It's literally the exact same text as the last one, just now with more screens. It's mostly just a description of what/who Terumi is. Here I go:

He enjoys wreaking havoc, and keeps a calm persona amidst the brutality he causes; until now, we've only seen the tip of this figure's ferocious nature from the facade of Hazama.

The rest is just saying that Terumi is a character you get for pre-ordering the game. As for how you acquire Kagura, they say "tune in next time"
