The damage in the game seems to be pretty high overall still, I'm guessing it's done like that when taking into the universal reduced damage buff of being in Hellfire Mode. This game looks amazing. Interesting that they added a sliding effect when wallpinned now, I wonder how this'll affect combos...

So, it looks like the buzz saw builds guard bar (what's the new name for guard bar again?), but not quite as much as his 5H does, or even his 6P.

Also, his tension pulse didn't seem to be very high considering how much meter he was getting for moving forward.

damage does seem pretty high... at 5:13 zato goes into a simple combo in the corner with hardly any risc bar built up and takes off a huge chunk of millias bar. for now i think thats cool as i like the pace/riskiness of high damage games but im also kinda scared that the combo system hasn't been explored yet and who knows what kind of infinites or tods or whatever nonsense people might find with this already very high damage output.

I would be a little worried too, but don't forget that he's comboing Millia. We also don't have as much information when looking for damage scaling as we did with the guard bar, since RISK doesn't have the below neutral or negative values that we can see.

They might even be planning on fixing damage output and/or scaling after this loketest. For all we know, they might be trying so hard to push this out the door that they're not really doing internal balancing and are just getting stuff implemented so they can tweak numbers after the public tears the game apart. Getting paid by arcade goers that also test the game beats paying an additional set of testers that might not be as good as Ogawa/Kaqn/Woshige/FAB/Sammito/Koichi/Heaven/etc. I mean, I'm sure they're not phoning it in with the balance either, but it might be a low concern compared with other things. I wouldn't even think of this as an option, but training mode is being included this early... a loketest BEFORE the launch.

taking into consideration that it is technically reload eddie, that's pretty standard for a nobiru shadow gallery combo, should definitely still break 80% if you do the second rep

Unsure if Slayer will be covered, but if someone does get news on Slayer I got a few things to ask;

*Is "It's Late" able to hit if "Under Pressure" whiffs? Asking since I at least want "It's Late" to still be viable considering it's now an exclusive followup to under pressure

*Instant Kill?

*Any uses for j.S? (aside combos, like how much damage can it do at once, how much per hit, etc.etc.)

Good Luck with that. If you think you'll find every anonymous user who reuped "your" vid it's bound to happen regardless. What puzzles me is why you uploaded this on the #1 GG forum site and then wonder why people copy/steal your video. And to be honest as long as you dont own the footage in the video then it's fair game until ASW say its not (or whowver originally owns it). I thought the purpose of showing these was so others, big fan or not, could see and enjoy this; cuz in the end it's about a game.

it's been that way since OG GG! why'd they do that?

Does it really matter? I'm kind of glad they did cuz GV would be override by it. That's my complaint but it wasn't very big. Think about it. Sol doesn't have an HS command like that, normal, special, or overdrive.

Man, the footage from Dengeki or whatever had a 14th character slot but they never put the cursor on it to see if it was random select or another full character.

EDIT: New music sounds pretty nice, especially the title and char select music. Very Hard Corp style. Too bad that screaming lady covered up the possible assassins theme.

Agree,the music sounds awesome,but I'm not gonna judge much yet,due to the loud screaming in the video and wouldn't that theme be "Still In The Dark" since it was Zato-1 vs Millia?

Also,I think the 14th slot was a random select because the question mark usually means random select and it had that slot in the other loketests

I think the real purpose of that rule is to prevent ArcSys from finding out about the videos. Because prior to the game dropping, precedent shows they will force anything they find to be deleted. And the more people reupload it publicly on various sites, the easier it is for the ArcCops to find it. The rule is there so that we can continue to have access to these videos at all.

I didn't know that you spoke to Pachi or anyone from Arcsys to upload these videos!

I am not saying that it's a bad thing but if anyone reupload them it would for the same reason you uploaded them in the first place

I noticed the announcer doesn't always say "Lets Rock," something I couldn't really hear from those whacky loketest recordings. And they changed the little vs animation before the fight thankfully, now it's a little more exciting.

And yeah, Zato One is doing some absurd damage. Better start preparing my butthole for those corner rapes again.

Guys, Kurushii isn't talking about maintaining some sole exclusivity on the footage. He just doesn't want HIS particular copy of the video distributed without consent. Just do your own work on cutting the footage from Bururaji lol.

Yeah, I thought you probably would've jotted this down before from your experiences. Didn't really feel like digging the many pages in this thread though to make sure.
