Tenj|n Posted February 11, 2014 Author Posted February 11, 2014 ....... I totally forgotten about the existence of my DropBox account. https://www.dropbox.com/s/mmyiv8t9ed8r9vb/GGVllust.zip
Calamitus Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 I was hoping that someone will rip images from game itself but alas.
Kitsoru Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 I was hoping that someone will rip images from game itself but alas. Kurushii tried, but the file apparently wasn't rippable in a manner that would produce anything usable.
Tenj|n Posted May 6, 2014 Author Posted May 6, 2014 Reviving a dead thread. My friend and i went to look for VastEdge machines while in Tokyo a couple of days ago and we managed to find only 1 that is closest to our hotel in Ueno. A short crappy gameplay video we took, i'm playing while friend recorded. This was during Guilty Bonus, you get to spin 50 times to earn winnings. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=10200982678608758&l=6508546673004179916 I don't know how pachinkos are played but this game feels just like a slot machine. You buy game chips or medals as credits, insert them and push a lever to start the spinning. The game progresses VERY randomly, depending on what combinations you get from the spins. The game ends when you run out of credits because there is no way to proceed. I managed to play for 15 minutes... We did not have a lot of time to spare as it was already our final day. Will spend more time toying with it when i go over again in September. Add-in: Sol's VastEdge weapon should be called Gunsmith Dog, judging from this.
Blade Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 Gunsmith Dogs is the group Sol has a "Patent Pending" for. "Bullet Heaven" is the Junkyard Dog's "make and model". Gunsmith Dogs themselves are just the guys who helped build Sol's Junkyard Dog Mk. II and Mk. III ---Junkyard Dog Mk. I (that sheet of metal Order Sol swings around) ---Junkyard Dog Mk. II (VastEdge Gun-looking thing with the cross on it) ---Junkyard Dog Mk. III (Sol tried to get a patent for it in January 2187... it seems like it houses the core of the Firesealed Sword Jinki inside of it, it opens up during Sol's Instant Kill). I wrote the model number of the weapon down somewhere, I will grab it later.
Tenj|n Posted May 6, 2014 Author Posted May 6, 2014 Oh, i was not aware that Gunsmith Dog is a company. I also thought MK I was Order Sol's weapon until the Slash Encyclopedia Mook mentioned that it's a slab of rock. Maybe it's his Overture weapon?
kosmos badgirl Posted October 28, 2014 Posted October 28, 2014 Sorry for the bump, did someone try to rip stuff from the iOS version of the game?.
Kitsoru Posted November 6, 2014 Posted November 6, 2014 Sorry for the bump, did someone try to rip stuff from the iOS version of the game?. IIRC Kurushii tried to but said the files he got out of it weren't usable in any way (don't know the technical details).
Guilty Valentine Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 Why do a lot of the characters in the artwork have some flashy neon colors? Like, there's a lot of bright green, purple and blue.
Zedar90 Posted November 20, 2014 Posted November 20, 2014 Why do a lot of the characters in the artwork have some flashy neon colors? Like, there's a lot of bright green, purple and blue. They are stand ins when two colors are too similar. Look at Dizzy for example, on the F block to the left shows what color that purple is supposed to be. F and H could be thought to be the same color because they are too similar.
Poultrygeist Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 It's "color separation" or whatever the term is. It's to highlight the other pieces of the outfit since it's concept artwork.
Blade Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 It says 神器「閃牙」(Divine Tool, Senga) on that picture at least. Just thought I'd clarify this tidbit... the notes on that image of Senga call it a "Shinki"... but Ky Kiske pronounces it as "Jinki" in GGXX Accent Core Plus R (when Sol steals the Fireseal).
