Anyone have a complete translation of what they're talking about in the interview at the start?

Just generic stuff, introducing all the various non-BB games they had on show and about how Mori designed the cosplay of the hazama girls and silly typical stuff you'd expect to hear.

Plus, how are you going to hate on the Sector Seven theme? That theme is godlike.
I hate it because it prevents me from listening to my favorite themes, specifically Tager.

Now I can't hear his theme practically anytime I fight him!

Glad to see Activate is a special move. I was worried that you'd always have to use Activate to get rid of your existing Graviton if you wanted to set up a new one.

The Flame Cage -> Graviton effect looks amazing. Finally another real zoner in BB.

Well, in Arcade you can't. I still don't know why they locked the BGM select option: maybe it's going to be locked on console, too?

Then fight Tager with someone else then. You don't get to hear Tager's theme until you've finished the set anyway. :v:

No. We have seen console gameplay before and we have seen that you can select BGM. Besides, why have the stage and music selection screen if you cannot even use them?

I wonder what Kagura's intro with Tao will be like then...

She's probably his informant. The intro will probably be them exchanging certain numbers they've collected. (not really though it'd be funny.)

Also bout koko's black hole distortion, how do you all think it'll be useful? My thought is that it won't be techable until the opponent hits the floor/ a long long time. so if she uses graviton she'll be able to suspend them in mid air for combo purposes.

Anyone notice how kokonoe seems to have a little bit of everyone's playstyle?

No that's different. I just meant arcade cuz i can never hear it in any match I find with Tager in it either because it's playing somebody elses theme, the commentators are too loud, or IT'S PLAYING THE GOD DAMN SECTOR SEVEN THEME! Once the game comes out I'm sure I'll get to hear it as much as I want.

I think I am undertanding how Kagura works, let me try from what it was shown on that video and from some explanations and information we got.

-His normals are cancellable to his drives.

-His drives swith normally is slow but you can immediately cancel it to a Drive move by pressing A/B/C depending on what you want to do (Command grab - Shield - Low, High...)

-Even his drives followups are cancellable to another drive switch > another follow up etc...

-It seems like al his C normals stagger on hit so easy to follow up with Drive > follow up

-After a follow-up, you can use his normals to continue a combo

-His Fireball recovery is pretty fast (especially the A version hit only twice though) and the blockstun is long enough to allow him to do "stuffs" especially with the B version (5 hits but more recovery, still good though because he can even run after it)

-His Flashsword is perfect vs jump attempts and safe on jump barrier block (which is the only way to block it in the air) but is soooooo punishable when it is ground-blocked. Does a lot of damage, O_O

-His C moves are just a bit too slow! I give at least 12 frames for 5C and 15 frames for 2C.

-His health seems great, 11K at least (If lower, I will be so disappointed, he needs 11.5K or 12K, just saying!)

I was serious you know. His theme doesn't start until 20 seconds into the round. There's a ton of silence in the beginning.

But yeah, I missed the console version vids, so I stand corrected, I suppose.

I'm aware of that. I found just ONE video where his theme was fairly clear.

Ye I thought drive cancel into followups was real quick. I think characters without a real DP may have problems

Flashsword (great name) is real strong then.

The range on his C moves, if used correctly should make the slow startup a none issue.

Quite afew of his normals seemed to give 'crumple' so I assume they would have decent block stun.

Disappointed they didn't show the dark Susanoo tho :(

His C normals have huge blockstun, just rewatch the video. Yes characters w/o Dp except Valk (wolf form will just destroy it if we are not careful) and Taokaka (she doesn't care).

I think he did normal > stance move > flashsword in the original preview and the new vid showed sonic > flashsword, don't think they have shown empty stance > charge move

The white hair and red cape reminds me of Marquis Elmdor... but I doubt thats who it was inspired by?
