Anyone feel Ragna might be like on the Izanami's side temporarily due to him losing his own consciousness and being mind controlled by Izanami until he like gets freed by his allies?

It's said that he has the same father (who he killed by making him go into Gain Art) as Kuon and a different mother (who is never given any information about at all). All condidered it wouldn't be hard for Kuon and Sechs father to say that Sechs is his son from another mother while Sechs wasn't his son but an artificial human being. Their father must be some one high up in Magic Guild since he was given the duty to care for the Legacy Weapons in Ishana.

Sechs was a loving and caring big brother, a genius in the field of magic and a person who wouldn't hurt a fly. Kuon also mentioned that Touya reminded her of the past Sechs. One day he went crazy out of nowhere and killed his father, stole the Legacy Weapon Kusanagi and went on his crusade to kill Code: Embryo.

Also, I'm suspicious of that Touya is really Ryouko's son. First, everything Touya knows about his mother and father has he been told (since he doesn't have any memories before the Wadatsumi Incident) and the erliest and only memeory he has of his mother is her telling him to protect a little girl with azure eyes (Hinata). Ryouko was a unmarried scientist, while she did have a boyfriend that left her 3 years before wadatsumi, which is hinted to be Avange. And Avage didn't really act like Touya was his son.

I believe more that Touya is the grimoire that was handed to Takamagahara by Magic Guild and it was Ryouko who was given the task of looking after him during the time before the tempering. This would also give a connection between Sechs and Touya, both would be non-humans with their origins in Ishana.

It never felt like Izanami had any control over Ragna. All she did was making Ragna go berserk by unleashing the "Power of the Beast"(獣の力). So I would guess in BlazBlue phase IV that either is Ragna still going berserk or he is hiding from people.

Not really. Ripper was an irregular type of Union (Strange Red) and could safely eat other Union's crystal to get stronger and didn't get crazy by it (well he is crazy but in an other way...). He was a killer before becoming an Union. He can turn his hands into Knives (his drive's name is "Scissor Hands") and has a cat Doll hanging around his neck that resembles that of the kaka and has an eye-patch covering his eye where his crystal is.

He made it so that Touya's grimoire got awaken and got most of his seithr in the crystal drained by Touya's "soul eater" attack. And was after that event killed by Avenge.

He was also the killer of Yuki's parents and for that reason was hunted by Avange.

He got a SS-rank bounty on his head and strangely this time the Magic Guild want him Dead or Alive, instead of him being only captured.

I think Jin may need the Susano'o Unit after he seeing how badly beaten he was after fighting Berserk Ragna. Hakumen will probably play a big role for both Tsubaki and Jin in the game. I hope XBlaze character will be mentioned or appear in the next game. I'm looking forward to the CP extensions in the coming year. I still think Mai will be playable in the extension.

That Makes sense But Izanami being the Priestess of the Azure still stands and since the priestess can tame the black beast I say she can control it

Jin has to kill Hakumen to obtain the power of the Susanooh unit, and they finally get a Vs. theme.

Also, I wouldn't put it past Izanami to be in control of Ragna, she did want him by her side for whatever reason. So obviously, the best solution is to force him.

to me wonder do Ragna NO.5- Es means he is the number 5 prototype Embryo Storage i take it someone took up Sōichirō project and decided to continue it yea we all know ragna might not be human but i really think ragna is a Murakumo but not like noel and nu relius but based off the versions of the ones Sōichirō created but in the end it turned out to be a failure

Don't think it means much, but it could be a hint that they are related (Izanami being the priestess of Azure for example)

Another thing I wondered about, when did Alucard get hold of Susanoo unit? When I re-read the notes from Ayatsuki in phase 0, Terumi was going to give Relius an Original Unit(sankishin) but it got picked up by Alucard. Was it that recent Alucard got hold of Susanoo...

I think it was that he somehow lost it then Alucards found it.

Anyhow, about Jin getting Susano'o unit from Hakumen... It's possible. The reason is that Hakumen himself said that his consciousness is getting sucked into the Boundary slowly again and doesn't seem he has much time to exist in the current world much. Which means Susano'o unit may get inherited to Jin or just sucked into the Boundary altogether.

No matter how much I look at it, it is pretty sad that Taokaka barely has any plot through the entire story, but since her ability to sense Izanami has been revealed, I would say she would have a good role next game.

Jin VS Hakumen will probably in the next game. Jin needs more power to withstand the threat. Hakumen would talk to Tsubaki before fighting Jin and give a "keepsake" to remember him by.

I wonder why is Noel a threat to Izanami. It will probably mean that Noel will fight her.
