Cerotech Omega Posted July 6, 2015 Posted July 6, 2015 Yea I know, it was kinda confusing because when you said Noel, I'm thinking you're referring to JUST Noel. Should probably do something about that. Of course, since we know what the characters say to Hibiki, I wonder what the reverse is like, if it's even there. By the by, does anyone know where the ENG Library notes for the characters are? For research, of course.
TD Posted July 7, 2015 Posted July 7, 2015 I know it is t confirmed yet, but really hoping hibiki plays like a ninja version of Servbot. Stacking plates and eating spicy dishes suddenly become very deadly.
Chaoschao222 Posted July 7, 2015 Author Posted July 7, 2015 I don't mind a bit of discussion on those Hibiki lines, but remember, this is not the place to talk about playable wishlisting and whatnot. Don't go down a line where everyone starts saying what they'd like a theoretical playable Hibiki's gameplay to be like. Maybe adding the no-fun bot will make this more clear.
churchblue Posted July 9, 2015 Posted July 9, 2015 I hope the characters go back to the place where every began...Ishana. I wonder if the place is still livable.
kylehyde Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 Central Fiction trailer is out and it looks awesome. So many questions after watching it though.
VermilionBird Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 That's Naoto Kurogane. Whenever he uses his Drive, Bloodedge, his eyes turn red and his turns white.

So we can talk about him now, right? : U
VermilionBird Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 It might be better to create a new thread for Central Fiction instead.
kylehyde Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 It might be better to create a new thread for Central Fiction instead. Yeah I agree.
Chaoschao222 Posted July 12, 2015 Author Posted July 12, 2015 So we can talk about him now, right? : U Of course not, Gameplay has nothing to do with this thread.
churchblue Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 Dude, Nine was at the end.. as a playable character!!!!! Also, why is Naoto in the game? Is Central Fiction BB4?
heavymetalmixer Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 Naoto in the game . . . maybe that means that we'll somehow see Raquel in this game? And what would happen when Naoto and Ragna meet?
kylehyde Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 I don't get how Naoto can be in the game either, unless he's another chronophantasma like Celica and Noel. Still I hope this game answers what the connection between him and Ragna is. I noticed he has a similar tattoo like Ragna on his chest.

Luminos564 Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 From the translations of the trailer it seems Ragna, despite his amnesiac status, is STILL getting into deep trouble which is is exactly what Azrael points out. Curious how there was no mention made by Rachel at all about the "evil" he's shouldering though, but perhaps that's a bigger secret to be uncovered later on. Though like with any trailer, it raises more questions than it does answers. Off the top of my head: Why is Noel "hunting" Ragna the Bloodedge considered an act of "rebellion"? Why are Hazama and Terumi back alive and kicking? And Hazama knows yet another secret of the Azure but what could it be? There is a final "truth" upon defeating Izanami and it is something that is proclaimed as "unchanging" but what is it? In addition, the final line is asking Ragna directly what he "wishes" for and an answer is given but we don't get too hear what it is, though according to the speaker (Nine) the answer doesn't leave her impressed. Hopefully BBCF will address most of this.
BlackYakuzu94 Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 I wonder if Jin is referring to himself when he says "The World has no need for heroes made by history"
Eriad Eternas Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 Hey i noticed this at the end with nine (Couldnt be more hyped for her!!), thought it might stir up some speculation, i certainly found it interesting...spoilered for size/...i guess being a potential spoiler?

And if the wish thing was an indication of something that happens at the end of the game, I always figured it would end like that. Ragna would have to make some sort of wish whatever he wished for would become the "new world". Speculation on my part of course.
mAc Chaos Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 I'm guessing there's a schism between the two sides: killing Ragna, and saving Ragna, with the latter being what Noel describes as rebellion.
VermilionBird Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 The last part narrated by Nine seems to indicate that Izanami will be defeated at some point in CF
Luminos564 Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 Who says Noel hunting Ragna is an act of rebellion? It is Noel's response to an, as of yet, unknown individual. Noel's line is something like "A rebellion? I am only hunting the Grim reaper" seen here at the 1:11 mark https://youtu.be/WtGQvjaaOf0?t=71. Who she's referring to is unknown though, but like MaC said it is possible there are 2 sides on the subject on how to deal with Ragna. Those that want him dead (likely Tsubaki, Jin, Haku-men, Rachel etc.) and those that want to save/help him (Noel). I wonder if Jin is referring to himself when he says "The World has no need for heroes made by history" Possibly. Jin was tailored by Hazama to be the paper mache hero for his exploits in Ikaruga, even though he himself states what he did was nothing so impressive. He could also be referring to Haku-men in some way.
Aiddon Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 I don't get how Naoto can be in the game either, unless he's another chronophantasma like Celica and Noel. Still I hope this game answers what the connection between him and Ragna is. I noticed he has a similar tattoo like Ragna on his chest. Maybe distant relatives; it also hasn't been explained why Ragna, Jin, and Saya were in a research lab when Juubei broke them out and put them under Celica's care. I expect that CF is where we FINALLY learn why the siblings have the powers they do.
VermilionBird Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 Naoto's relatives are already established: Mei Amanohokosaka, Tenjou Amanohokosaka, Homura Amanhokosaka, Saya Terumi, Haruka Hayami, and Yuki Hayami. It's much more likely to be Rachel's doing since she appears at the beginning of BE1 using phenomenon intervention to look at Naoto and then disappears. Why she did this hasn't been explained yet, and the BE series as a whole hasn't been wrapped up, so we can probably expect a BE3 novel to explain why Naoto is currently in the present day
BlackYakuzu94 Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 Well was it confirmed Naoto is in an alternatve timeline? I mean Valkenhayn and Relius were also there too if I recall.
VermilionBird Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 The timeline shebang was only briefly touched upon in Lost: Memories. Imouto and Me exist in a timeline parallel to the one where the XBlaze cast exist. If Imouto and Me are the Celica and Konoe that we know then that's the BB timeline that exists parallel to XBlaze's. However, Bloodedge Experience has Mei, Valkenhayn, Relius, and Clavis in it. Since its got characters from both timelines, we don't know which one it truly belongs to, but because it's called BlazBlue: Bloodedge Experience and not XBlaze: Bloodedge Experience, I'd argue it's safer to assume it's a part of the BlazBlue timeline and the Mei in BE is the Mei that's parallel to the one we know in XB. Or something like that. It's not well explained.
