Also, in case anyone would like info on a good site to import from, definitely consider play-asia.com. I got the regular edition pre-ordered BBCP from that site for only about 66.99$, plus, the shipping was free, and it came very quickly, it actually came only the day after it was released, especially fast considering the company is located in Hong Kong.

Actually I feel that AmiAmi is a better site. Play-Asia sometimes has weird shipping times and often overprices things. I've ordered a lot of games and figures from AmiAmi and they haven't let me down yet.

Can't say I'm too surprised by this release date since we're still waiting on the +R PS3 patch after all this time. It is a shame though. I once had such high hopes for ASW US.

I've never gotten anything from AmiAmi, so I can't really compare the two, but Play-Asia really impressed me, it was also my first time getting anything from them. I've heard good things about AmiAmi as well!

So according to this site here http://www.dualshockers.com/2013/11/05/release-window-and-pricing-details-released-for-blazblue-chrono-phantasma/ it seems like the two "North American exclusives" are a special features blu-ray and a "movie guide". Sorry folks, you're not getting Terumi or Kokonoe free. You're just gonna have to fork over your money like everybody else. Don't see how this necessitates the 5-month wait but there you go.

EDIT: Actually the "movie guide" turns out is really just a poster with all the characters moves written on it http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/press-release/2013-11-05/blazblue/chrono-phantasma-available-march-2014.

The interviews with Mori should be interesting and the poster with everyone's command list is a nice extra touch that doesn't really cost Aksys much to include so long as they have access to a good printer. I was sort of half expecting to get another calendar with disappointing art for each month ^,^

Interesting edition, I guess it will be very limited because the nendroid.

Well, the nendroid is of the petite variety and correct me if I am wrong, but aren't those a lot easier to make more of than their larger counterparts? I think most people will be fine and there'll be plenty of the LE to go around.

Was this already mentioned? Alter Memory's site has announced the DLC bonuses for the first Blu-ray volume.

- Stages: Kagutsuchi Port AM 10:30, Cathedral, Halloween, the Gate, Sheol Gate, Moonlight Castle

- Musics: Rebellion, Lust SIN, Under Heaven Destruction, SUSANOOH, Awakening The Chaos

- Color Palette no. 22

Yay for recycling, but guess I'll be buying it then...

Also any word on what color 22 and 24 look like?

No one knows what Color 22 looks like. 24 is shown here but it looks like the placeholder color used in previous titles.

How do you get color 24? It looks pretty good on some characters.

There has been no information on 24.

22 = BBAM LE

23 = Famitsu

Not much longer till Kokonoe is officially released.

ヽ(=^・ω・^=)丿raise your kokonoes ヽ(=^・ω・^=)丿

You must raise the Kokonoe that is in your heart.

So she's a Tamagotchi then? Pity I won't be able to get my hands on one until March. But bother that nonsense, my hype persists anyway. Just a few more hours until the flood of Kokonoe players show up :toot:.

When is Kokonoe going to be released? I must be there to see the Kokopocalypse. I can't even imagine how many Kokonoe's there will be, people love her, and people here can't stop hyping.

Though, I must admit, I've always loved her personality and those cute cat ears.

You won't see many Kokonoes online for a while because she's a technical character with a steep learning curve.

Not enough to stop me from subbing her, though.

I need some good advice on when to use Overdrive? I understand that it's really good to use it in the middle of a combo to do some extra damage and to Overdrive Cancel into another hit, but what about just using it? Because I don't fully understand the amount of time that it takes for the gauge to fill back up, I'm more tempted to use it regardless if I need ti or not. For example, I'd rather use it on the first stage either to do a bit more damage to finish them off or to use it to pull off that turn around because if you win, it'll probably be recharged by the third round if you lose the second, or hopefully by the end of the second if you lose the first. Anyone have some insight on this?

The OD gauge is tied with your burst, and it fills up faster when you're being hit. Afraid the best time to use it is still mainly during combos. If you want the full gauge during a combo, you'll have to RC whatever attack you're doing then immediately go into OD. Practice this though, because going into OD has a few frames of invulnerable recovery time, so it can mess up combo timings.
