Holy shit delay tech/quick rise are the waves of the future, Well, if Blockstun killed my parents, brother, and sister I guess I'd be doing it too. I know this feel. Seems like everyone I play against lately wants to go ham on me, but then delay tech or jump out every which way when I actually get the advantage. Just gotta grind out my setplay and be more confident with meaties I suppose.

They are in the game for a reason. Don't be surprised when people use them to try to test if your oki is legit or not.
Surf Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 Many oki routes can just be avoided with delay tech. So are some safejump/meaty/projectile oki not legit because they can be delayed teched? FoH

But besides that yes I've seen many of your matches versus someone else The last Izayoi I've played against was about 3 weeks. They were Zidanel33t and Kizuna(?). I take it that you were Kizuna? I remember thinking I should look up Izayoi changes since things that didn't used to happen (like Izayoi's 5B beating Nu's 2B) were happening. I also learned that Izayoi was airborne during her ground projectile. We should play again soon. I need to learn what I should respect stuff from Izayoi to respect and what stuff not to. I also didn't know anyone cared to save their matches against me. Seems like a waste of space.
Surf Posted July 6, 2014 Posted July 6, 2014 5B's hitbox was buffed so that probably why it hits Nu 2B now. Didn't even know that she can beat it with 2B because I never get to fight the character. My friend was just showing me replays vs Nu because I'm bad at the matchup. In 1.1 I think it can go either way with it still slightly in Nu's favor because of her superior neutral
