Sorry for the rather basic question, but, I am two weeks away from moving back to the LA area after having lived two years in Japan. Sadly, I lived in a very rural area and the fighting scene was basically dead there. I'd like to get into the thriving LA local scene though. So, when's the next Rebel Up? I know Super Arcade is closed right now. Is there a schedule online somewhere? I am having no luck finding it.

No problem! At the moment there is no concrete date but the estimated time for completion is around the start of August. So as soon as Super Arcade is up and running again I will update the first post with our new schedule!

ok ladies and gentlemen.  heres a schedule i would like you guys to confirm please.  we obviously would like rebel up to be bi-weekly once again so how bout starting on 8/23 then going on 9/6 and 9/20 for now?  please dm me on twitter with confirmation for at least the 23rd which is not this weekend but next.  thanks guys, and its always a pleasure having you here.

Updated the first post. This will also be the last Rebel Up featuring Persona 4 Arena. Make sure to enter and remember all the fun(?) times we had with the game! We were one of the few (perhaps only) scenes to actively play the game after last years EVO, even if it was for fun. And get ready for P4AU within the coming weeks!

I'll experiment as we get accustomed to everything, but for now P4 start time has been swapped with BB.

 

You do not need to bring anything extra, just preferably a controller.

since people like to stir up drama, there is going to be a time coming up real soon where people need to make a decision and voices need to be heard from the community.  as of right now i am taking the blunt of things and being marked as the bad guy.  you guys know who im talking to, but we will have a stream to discuss everything and i will be posting on our blog with further explanation.

 

and for those of you who are only hearing one side to all this, let me say that this is complete bullshit and dont believe any assumptions being made.  i have always welcomed you all here at our establishment and supposedly now jyosua knows what i am thinking and knows how i view things.......  cmon man, cut the kiddie games out.

sorry to post more nonsense in this thread, but i just want you to know josh, i know you are contacting twitch in hopes of finding info.  do you really think you can do or say anything about me or my establishment without anyone finding out?  there is no backdoor and you do not know as much as you think you do.  fortunately for you i am now much more mature and can tolerate your childish antics very easily.  i will be at the arcade early tomorrow cleaning and setting up.  i suggest you do the same and only one request.  do not raise your voice or act childish or any conversation we have will end.  thanks.
