[P4AU] Marie/Margaret Hype Thread

I'm honestly just expecting various C/D normals and special moves utilize a different Persona. Kinda like Dante/ Vergil with their Devil Arms in MvC3, rather then switchable stances or something like Zappa.

Would be a pleasant surprise if otherwise, however.

Margaret is looking like a fantastic character, and the roster has shaped up well. I am especially pleased with her use of multiple persona's, as that is something we haven't seen in a characters gameplay yet. For those wondering if there will be another character, I wouldn't get too excited, and I don't want to promote too much speculation, but there doesn't seem to be any indication on the famitsu page or anything that talks about her being the final DLC character. Atlus has a tendency to announce that kind of thing, like with SMT IV's final DLC or Persona Q's final DLC. It's not much, just an observation. Since arc is involved in this game too, that kind of logic could be void. Anyway, the hype train is going strong now, just a little while longer now!

Pretty hyped for Margaret because she uses three of my favorite personas: Yoshitune,Cu Chulainn,Helel. Although I'm not very fond of Margaret's character so I'm not sure if I'll be maining her but I'll give her a try. What I'm mainly wondering is if she will be FreeLC along with Adachi and Marie.

I think that Margaret is probably gonna have the Persona-switching as her gimmick. The back two shoulder buttons are free. She could probably cycle through the Personae she has.

What? There are 4 buttons in the game: A, B, C, D. She could have Persona switching, but shoulder buttons don't factor into this at all.

I hope Margaret isn't too hard to use. As of right now I don't have a main because I really don't like how Liz plays anymore.

Probably just gonna be something like 22C/D to switch to one of your two inactive personas if I had to guess.

I'm kind of in the same boat as you, actually. There are a lot of characters in this game that I like, but none that I am completely in love with, and my old main is a shadow (literally) of her former self. Haven't gone in as hard as I wanted on P4AU because I'm sort of waiting for the DLC to be released.

It seems similar to Sho/Minazuki's AoA since they both cross over. Perhaps she has fatal recovery on it.

it may or may not track, from what i'd heard. if it does it needs fatal recovery, because she would have potent fullscreen mixups.
