When I purchased this game from the Japanese PS Store, I didn't know this game would be confirmed to have a US release. I downloaded the the US trailer, but I haven't watched it yet. My favorite characters so far are Hikaru and no surprise, Rui. Yeah, I like this game.

Of those Phantom Breaker has the most likely possibility of happening while UNiB has the least. But honestly I wouldn't [and haven't] hold my breath on them, import, join the cool kids club~! ;o Also Chaos Code is a really fun title, a real under appreciated game in this market, its only real problems are lacking netplay and now being outdated .v.
