The "rebellion" that Noel was talking about is probably referring to Kagura trying to take over the NOL and become the new government. By the end of CP, I got the impression that Hazama and Imperator still held power over the NOL.

One huge thing I think is that to get good at GG or BB, you have to hit the training room to learn the combos. Most casuals are not ready to do this. With games like SF, the BnBs are so short and easy to remember that you can just practice them on the fly playing against other people.

On the first day they released the BBCP patch (yesterday) that added the Torifune Beginner Lobby, there were a lot more people logged on playing, even though it was a week day. I thought this highlights well how the amount of pros and vets at BB are scaring off the noobs... at least from playing online...

Seems like they increased the execution for the sake of increasing execution. The buffer window for inputting 22C after 3C is much smaller than in EX. After a day of practicing it... my findings are: Input 22C as fast as possible at the moment the 3C gun fires. Input 66 as fast as possible after pressing C after 22. "22C66"

ok thanks! I had one more question. What causes AT to not cross-up? Some drive>d.5B>AT combos i've seen use AT to knock the opponent into the corner. I've played around with it a bit but Noel switches sides when I don't want, and hits the opponent away from the corner.

I find myself on the receiving end of a 2A mashing oki a lot. What is the best way to deal with this if there is a bit of lag? Tech roll backwards?

Try using super jump cancel on the 5C if you are not already. Its more consistent.

Thanks for the info. My ARC stick isn't my main stick so I will cheap out for now. Maybe i will just get a button (like a really small one) for the PS button that can be shoved into the cable compartment. I'm assuming there is a hole somewhere in there that is open to the inside of the case.

Yes, I got the 25th anniversary stick too. I can do some light electrical work, but I'm no good with fabricating nice looking stuff. I was hoping I can just buy a nice looking external button instead of something from the hardware store. Does the stock PCB in this stick actually have a separate, unused input for a home/ps button? Ultimately I think I will change out the PCB if I need to get it to work with the PS4.

Is there any online store where I can find something like a pre-made button dongle (external buttons connected to stick box with wire) for something like the "PS" button? I have a arcade stick with a metal box, but I don't want to cut holes into it to add buttons/switches. Thanks.

I just got the game today (finally...). I'm having so much trouble doing 3C>22C>66>5B... my 5B always comes out too slow and the training dummy techs outs. Any tips on the timing?
