I think cs2 is more balanced because people bitch about 1/3 of the cast being top tier.... on topic: I finally got around to watching the past million videos and I have to say, Tetsu vs Buppa was so.... disappointing. I thought it would be hype, but buppa won both rounds by near landslides. Also is it me, or does tetsu get hit by more lows than anything else?

I have to disagree. Ky has almost, if not, the most FRC's of any character (if you include his variations), and he needs atleast half to be anywhere playable. Also his damage off random hits and combo length aren't that great....

buppa just trolls everyone as everyone. Hazama spams 6C. Jin spams 6A, and does awesome stuff. arakune's still bs.

there was a chart from SBO that said faust was the most common character there, but it was like by 11% compared to 9% for most other characters. I wish I had a link to it.

^they IB for heat. Jin's mixup is... meh. application in pressure is not good, if they block it, you're either fucked or lose pressure, and the risk/reward for it is less than desirable. If Jin has heat, it's better and can be hard to predict, or just make it safe. However his freeze mixup is much better, he gets far more time to do shit.

I think he's taking a shot at Tetsu and his run back at sbo. haters gonna hate.

I tend to think that the IB nerf was so good for her that it out balance the nerfs she had in the loctests. Sure there are changes we probably don't know about, but the IB change was really what did it. EDIT: if Jin gets 6B ch in the corner just leave, it's going to hurt. and why was the other jin doing 236A? was he trying to combo it? or was he just dropping combos?

you're right, I just tried it again and it seems I was hitting to late, but the untechable was still long enough that I didn't think it was OTG. It still seems that you have to be relatively close to the corner for 214K ch compared 6P ch though, but that might be because 6P has blowback. My mistake.

is the repeat proration on 623D on the first or the second? or just in general? because if it's for the first hit I don't think reset gimmicks would be effected.
