Ky's air throw tech setups are limited and half of the time not worth doing Losing the ability to do damage (which ky does little of) and gaining tension (which ky needs much of) is to much of a risk on the player's side. It's nice to use once and a while but nothing amazing. Air throw after GS is the best imo

IT really depends on what your backdashing in the coner. Depending on your characters backdash/invisibiltiy you can backdash certain moves and grab for example

They can both be easily outzoned by Ky. He can play keepaway and win the match without ever going to them. What kinda reason is damage gap? Almost EVERYONE does more damage then Ky. =O

During pressure 5HS>GF (FRC) 5HS>IAD J.S 5HS>BB (Though a bit risker than the others) On hit 5HS>GV or 5HS>2D>BR or VV (This is distance Dependant) Just a few I can think of -
5S not being able to increase guardbar was a good thing. Imagine doing five 5S in one string using 3S cancels. Building guardbar would be a breeze. Anji still does fine damage and still have good mixup. His big problem is being very risky in alot of situations and having bad pokes in alot of his matchups. Anji is just fine imo. Just everyone is so beefed up that it makes him look so bad when he is really not. Slash Anji was just retarded and he deserved to lose some of his moves. Jesus christ 6HS was plain out retarded. It's like lolz ''20 frame autoguard (Or some shit like that) and if I dont get the autoguard? LOL I can cancel the move into shitsu or P stomp. It was dumb. If he did it right he got free tension and good setups to 40-50% combos and even if he messed it up you can cancel the damn move. It was stupid. No skill involved. I'm glad he was toned down.

-Lack of Damage -Very situtional -Random factors can make you or break you at times (IE. Sword popping out in coner lolz) Those are the big ones I cna think of off the top of my head Zappa has very little damage output in Sword,Ghost,Dog. Most average combos end around 25-30% and most tension combos go to 45-50% Almost everything he does is based on situations you have to improvise on alot of times because of example number 3 He really has nothing very solid to work on. Alot of gimmicks and hoping on that one situation where he can work it really well Unlike characters like Testament who can get good high reward low risk trade offs, deal high damage off of anything, high mixup (So potential to deal damage is increased greatly) Zappa has none of those. His reward/risk are in more favor of risk than reward, he deals shitty damage and his mixup game is average at best.

IB the EXE Beast and jump out. Testament's recovery from EXE to another 6K is more than enough time to jump out. Now what he does afterwards is the problem he has plenty of options Another 6K 6HS J.S Badlands etc etc

most of the time alot of combo videos go super flashy and spend 1 mintue long intros and 30 second long in betweens and shit. Heaven or Hell is a prime example Alot of people bitched about it So I just loled at the fact it was only combos and nothing flashy. Which there is nothing wrong with it

The only reason I said Far Slash beats Sol's Far Slash because it was working for me during the last tournament vs 2piece He always started out with Far Slash and I did my Far Slash and it beat his and I did it at least 5 times or so and it worked every time beginning of the round. So thats why I said it. Either he was doing it a bit late or Im right and it does beat it Uh wtf? 10 frames is pretty damn fast. The fastest MOST people can react to is 13 or 14 frames last time I checked and thats hard in itself. But to react to a 10 frame poke and input it a DP before it comes out? Sounds a bit like BS to me
